My husband has Alzheimers and is incontinent. He wesrs these plastic pants over his disposable undergarments. They are not designed to be worn just alone. (I have read other reviews) Something must be worn under them. They are true to size with disposable undergarments. If they are worn with regular underwear, they will be oversized. When laundering, I have found that if I wash them with something that is not color-fast, the plastic pants will pick up the color that "bleeds". My nice clear vinyl pants have turned red due to my error in the laundry room. They stay soft if dried on very low heat. They will tear at the seams if pulled on too hard or washed too hot or dried too hot. Mine last about 3-4 months before replacement which I feel is quite good for the amount of usage.

I use this for my 90 year old grandmother who recently went through hip surgery. Unfortunately this product did not do the job I bought it for. I bought it for her to wear over her diapers to prevent her bed from getting wet. The elastic around the waist and thighs did not fit snugly at all. Her bed was always wet even with 2 of these on! She wears a M size diaper, so I bought these in M size too. I would not recommend this product to any of my friends or family.

This item is suitable for sleeping, and it is very discreet if you are going to use out. It fits me well, and is smoother over my skin, however there is only available in one colour and it is too much clear. I would like to wear other colours; for instance: milk, yellow or printed pants, it would be better if you need to use every day. Vinyl could be better quality, but it is enough. Finally, it give you lower or medium protection.

disposable diapers leak, and these keep the leaks from going through my clothes. For the price the best money I have every spent. I plan on ordering more soon.
