I use these booster pads with a size 6 overnight diaper, because my daughter was waking up every morning with wet pajamas. They work great. The adhesive strip is nice to keep them in place while the diaper on my wiggle-worm daughter. The medium sized ones are quite long, so make sure you get this size only if you are using a larger sized diaper.

With today's technology on how feminine products are made I was shocked to see the quality and thickness of these booster pads. It reminded me of the pads they give you at the hospital after giving birth!! My 7 year old says they are so uncomfortable and reminds him of a diaper!

Most nights they work great. She can still soak it and the nighttime diaper, though. We've also put it in her daytime diaper when traveling to help with leaks. Works well for this. I will continue to buy them.

At 14 months our twins were filling up their diapers every night and soaking their sheets. Night time diapers weren't enough for us. Adding these booster pads have really helped keep our babes dry at night which gets us all some sleep. And there are fewer sheets to change! Does make the diaper more bulky so make sure to leave a little more room at the waist for expansion otherwise there will be leaks at the leg holes before the pad is full.

This product does help my baby stay dry through the night. Over night diapers are so expensive. These inserts absorb much more urine, but do have there limits. My baby only wet herself once since we introduced the pads. Also my baby has very sensitive skin. These pads did not irritate her in any way.

These booster pads are great in combination with a disposable overnight diaper. It will hold especially if accidents happen multiple times during the night.

The saving of washing sheets everyday make this well worth the cost. He doesn't like to use them, and I haven't gotten a good answer why. But I assume its due to the bulk it adds when used with a pullup. We especially like them when camping since we don't have the option to do laundry.
