It only took my daughter 4 days to stop bedwetting using your wireless alarm. She is 10 and we had reached our wits ends. We tried everything and nothing worked! Our 11 year old son had never been dry. We tried a different alarm when he was 7, but he couldn't handle the sleep deprivation. We tried again with this alarm with great success. It woke him up 4 times the first night but was down to 2 times the next several nights. On the eighth night he was dry and has been dry for over 5 weeks now. He still has to get up to go to the bathroom once every night but he is able to do that on his own.

My son is 13 years old and has battled with staying dry, sleeps soundly, wouldn't do sleepovers for fear of embarrassment! I used to set my alarm to wake him to use the bathroom, I wish I had bought the Malem alarm sooner.... the first night he was slightly wet, 2nd a few drops, 3rd a few drops and completely dry for 20 days!! Now he either gets up during the night or makes it through the entire night DRY !!! He is so confident and happy!! I would highly recommend this product.

The first unit I received was defective out of the box (unit made a few random noises, then did not sound in response to moisture).[...]I received a replacement [...] it works well. However, I feel that the manufacturer needs to improve their quality control! I had already had to do a bit of convincing to get my son to try this method, and the initial problem and subsequent delay did not help his confidence in the alarm.

Used it for my 9 1/2 year old son. Had every test done - all normal. He just didn't wake up. By the 4th night he was getting up on his own and going to the bathroom when the alarm went off. By the 3rd week he was sleeping through the night and waking up DRY!! The only negative I could say is that the maximum volume isn't that loud - it would take a while to wake him, and me from my bedroom. But once he got used to it, it alerted him enough so he could hold it back and get to the bathroom.

I was kinda put off by the price, really didnt want to spend that much especially with a fear it wouldn't work. Within 3 weeks she was having a full 7 days in a row completely dry. At the point I just stopped making having her wear it and we've only had 1 time were she got a little wet before waking up and making it to the bathroom. My step daughter is 9 and I wish I had done this a long time ago, the reviews helped me just go for it and I'm really glad that I did. My worst fear was what if it doesn't work...will I be stuck with this forever. We had tried everything else, and completely FAILED. I have stressed over this problem a LOT and I'm so glad it's now basically a non issue! THANK YOU!

I have tried many other things to help my 5 year old stop wetting the bed: Limiting water, waking her up in the night, herbal pills, etc. None of those solutions solved the problem...she sleeps to deeply to recognize that she has to go. The alarm worked great! The first two weeks took a lot of patience, sometimes it would go off two times in the night; but after he second week she was getting up on her own to go to the bathroom before the alarm went off. I love that the instructions tell you that your child has to pass the drinking two cups of water test, the point is not to get them to go through the night without wetting, it is to train them to recognize when they need to go and get out of bed and go. About two weeks after using it, the alarm seemed to not be working right but I changed the batteries (both the one in the alarm and the one in the senor) and it has worked fine since. I plan on using the alarm on my younger child as soon as he is potty trained...no need to wait until he is older! I wish I had spent the money and bought one 2 years ago. UPDATE: My child went 3 months wet free and started wetting again...I just followed the directions, every time they regress use the alarm again for two weeks. It took about 2 days for her to stop and wake up when she needs to go.

This monitor was very disappointing. It wasn't loud enough, and after about 12 nights it stopped working, new batteries did not help. Replacing the batteries is very hard, and the battery is an unusual size which required an extra trip to the store at bedtime. We ended up replacing it with the Malem Ultimate which is working better, although the wire is annoying to my son.

I used this product once before and it worked but I believe my son was too young. This time the product did not work at all, and of course I did not save any reciepts. I believe the concept is very good, I just got a lemon this time. I would recomend the product, but also recomend saving reciepts!!

WOW! I cannot believe we waited so long. My son is now 13 years old and we finally bought this product. The first two weeks were pretty trying, but we are on week 6 and he has been waking up dry! He is so excited and so am I. This will definitely help in the self-esteem area. Now when there is a sleep-over he will no longer have to be concerned.

At first, after he wet, the alarm woke us up then we would wake him up. Within the last week he has been waking up on his own before wetting to use the restroom. Surprised how well and quickly it seems to be working. Hope to be doen soon!

We had struggled with our son's bedwetting for years. At the age of 10, it became ridiculous that he was still wetting the bed without there being anything medically wrong with him. After a couple of nights and a few small accidents, he has now successfully gone several weeks without wetting the bed. So far so good, we have our fingers crossed that he finally understands what it takes to wake himself up. Thanks for the help!
