This alarm is amazing. The pediatrician recommeneded it and he was totally right. Our daughter is 7 years old and has always been in pull-ups. Not anymore! We are on our 6th week of wearing this alarm and it has been wonderful. She has only gone off six times and 5 of those were within the first two weeks. She is holding it all night and just the other night she woke up on her own for the first time to potty in the middle of the night. Amazing is all I can say.

My daughter was excited to use this. It wakes her up right when she starts to wet her pants. We still haven't mastered the dry night but I have hope now!

My 7 1/2 year old son had not been staying dry at night. He was beginning to get frustrated so we decided to get an alarm like his pediatrician recommended. The first few nights the alarm went off and it woke both me and my son up. I was very happy about that because he is a very deep sleeper. After a few nights be started staying dry all night and made it the recommends 14 days of no alarm. Soon after he would occationally wake wet when not using the alarm or the alarm would wake him up. We followed the directions about usage and now he is more than 4 weeks dry and hasn't used the alarm for more than 2 weeks. It really works.

Wonderful Product. After 11 years and one month our son no longer is a bed wetter. The product took about 2 months but changes were immediate. After the first he occasionally woke himself up to go to the bathroom. That was amazing. He just finished his first sleep away camp. He was gone for a week and was dry the whole time. It was a huge boost of confidence for him. For years the doctors kept telling us he would grow out of it. If your doctors are telling you that askk them about this product. I wish we had used it years ago.

After 2 weeks of assistance my 5 year old was able to change himself at night and reposition the sensor clip. Now after 4 weeks he manages everything by himself and has had 1 week consistently dry nights. I am so excited. I used to have to change the whole bed every morning before we started the "training". The first nights were a little exhausting because the sensor would go off so much, but it was all worth it because he has not just learned to get up in the night but also gained self - confidence. I should have purchased the device a year ago!!

I am so glad I made this purchase. My pediatrician recommended it to me after i expressed my concern about my 5 y.o. daughter still sleeping in pull ups. It took us 2 days!!! If I'd knew it sooner... It was more annoying to her than to me, so I guess that's why it worked so fast.

We used this with our 6-year-old daughter and had great success within a month. At first, the alarm would wake her up when she tinkled just a bit. Then she started waking herself up before she had to go. And now, she's been almost 6 months without an accident. A great system for reprogramming the brain!

We are using this for day-time toilet training for a 5 year old with ASD. Initially recommended by his ABA therapist. The therapist's model had a bent safety pin that never locked right. The one I purchased works fine but I also found out there is an alternative to the safety pin. Also, the therapist was clipping it to the pants. The instructions to clip it to the shirt are much better and the cable is less awkward. The alarm works for my son because he does not like loud sounds and he learned very quickly that pants wetting causes the loud sounds. We are trying to teach him to tell someone when he needs to go or initiate going to the toilet himself. We have made real progress using the alarm. Today when I wasn't looking and things got too quiet I "caught" him going to the toilet all by himself! Yay!

This is an awesome product. We have been using it for our almost 6 year old daughter. She was very excited about using this and is very proud of the progress she has made and it was so quick. She had 5 small accidents; in which the alarm woke her up, the first week with one major accident that first week. Second week showed a dramatic decrease in accidents and each week has gotten less and less. She is now almost through the 5th week and has been dry 9 days in a row. She didn't have 9 dry nights total in the previous year. So this has been wonderful. I would suggest buying the waterproof pad for the bed as well, it is great. and works much better than any other waterproof pads we already had. I am so glad that we bought this and would recommend it to anyone. well worth the cost. Pays for its self when you look at how much pull ups are. Planning on using this for our other daughter when our older one is done.

This product worked faster than we imagined. After the first night our son was stopping his potty as soon as the alarm went off. Within a week he was handling it on his own and within three weeks he was waking up before he had to go! After years of frustration, our son is potty trained!

I wish we had bought this product years ago! After three weeks of use, our son has stopped wetting his bed. I cannot describe how much his self confidence has been raised due to this product. He is now ready for sleep overs and camp this summer. I would recommend this product without any hesitation.

I bought the alarm because I have 2 kids who are using potty alarms. I already had the rodger's alarm and needed a different sounding alarm. I probably would not buy the Malem alarm again because the piece that attaches to the underwear is plastic and I worry about it breaking(though it hasn't yet) I do like the alarm because I don't have to buy special underwear for it. it also has a 2-step shutoff system that is useful as well.

My 6 year old had never had a dry night. After 1 week of wet nights (sometimes twice per night), she started having consecutive dry nights. After 2.5 weeks, she has been consistently dry and now we are on week 7. Just stopped using the alarm this week and no wetting!! I LOVE this item.

We are on week 6 and we have had great progress. The loud alarm sound has allowed for my son to stop wetting the bed but he still has not been quite able to totally controll his bedwetting. We have had some totally dry nights and some slightly wet ones. Only one really wet one in 6 weeks which is great...has help us become stress free at bedtime.
