After 1 week of use, my son has been dry all night long. After struggling for 7 years, one week of using the alarm has basically cured him of his bed-wetting problem. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for providing such an effective product. It's made a huge difference in my sons life.

We are on day three of using the Malem alarm. My daughter is almost 10 and was (until yesterday) a twice-every-night-bedwetter. The alarm was recommended to us by our pedeatrician about 3 years ago and while I researched it at the time, I found it a bit costly for something she "surely will outgrow soon". Three years and many pull ups later, we finally gave it a shot. Mostly, because the alternative was medication. I agree with most of the other reviews in that the device is a little clunky and has an old-fashion fastening mechanism. It does however go off on the smallest amount of wetness. The first night, it did not wake my daughter up but since I decided to sleep in the same room, it woke me. Result: wet bed, sleepy daughter, 2 trips to the bathroom, sleepy mom. Night two, she woke up at the first sound of the alarm and made it to the bathroom. Result: 2 sets of changed underwear, no wet bed, sleepy mom and daughter. Night three: I woke up in the morning not remembering hearing the alarm. My first thought: There will be plenty of laundry to do... But no, she woke up before the alarm sounded, went to the bathroom and back to bed. Is this too good to be true? I will reserve final judgement until we can report more permanent results, but for now my expectations have been exceeded by googles. Now, I am still sleepy, mostly because I woke up every other hour wondering why the alarm hadn't sounded yet..... but that is well worth the preliminary results.

This product worked in just 3 weeks! It was a little terrifying for our daughter the first time the alarm sounded to wake her, but she didn't give up. We used it for three weeks, but the last week was just to ensure that she was officially dry.

Our middle son was a HEAVY wetter - every night soaking a pull-up. At his 6 year check up our pediatrician said he was old enough to work on it and recommended a bed wetting alarm. I did a bunch of research online before settling on the Malem alarm. I have to admit, I was scared by the idea and all the warnings about the process and how hard it would be. AND - I am happy to report that this alarm worked so well. Woke my son up the first night! And 5 weeks in he's staying dry all night (and has been since the beginning - only have had 1 truly wet night). He's down to less than once a week with any wetness at all, and when it does happen it's a spot smaller than the size of a quarter. I know that's not the norm, but it CAN happen and I couldn't be happier with the alarm. Yes, it's expensive but so worth every penny!!!!

I had these issues when I was a child and was never able to have sleep overs-thanks to this alarm-6wks after our first use,my son is having his first sleep over without wearing an embarressing pull-up. This product was worth every penny-I am so happy for my son and so thankful to Malem!!!

This product is wonderful. Our child is six and after using this product for about 3 weeks, he has been dry for 2 weeks now. He is so proud of himself and is feeling confident. He has never complained about it being uncomfortable. We have not had any false alarms. He would wake up immediately when the alarm went off. The multiple alarm setting are nice,so he doesn't get use to just one sound. The alarm is loud and would wake us up when it went off. I can't say enough good things about it. My are so thankful we found this product and my son can sleep through the night dry. We tried other things and they just didn't work, this works and is effective.

This alarm worked great for my almost 8 year old son who had a LOT of trouble staying dry at night. It worked right away. Now, a month later, he has been consistently dry almost every night.

Using this alarm right now for my son - he is 7 - he sleeps like a rock - in the first 2 weeks he did not move at all when the alarm went off - he slept through it until I tuned in and began waking him in addition to the alarm - now in the 5th week and he is beginning to stir a bit just before the alarm goes off so I know that the feeling of needing to go to the bathroom is waking him first and not the alarm - looking for a few more weeks and then I think sucess and fully dry nights!

The batteries died the third night and are not easily found. My grandson slept right through it. I would definitely would not buy it again. It's alot of money for something that didn't help

I am pleasantly surprised at how well the alarm worked. My 5yo son had not ever had a dry night and within a few days he went from wetting 4-5 times a night to 1-2. Now after 6 weeks he is dry all night! It was easy to use. The only issue was that, at first, my son slept through the alarm. This was mainly due to the fact that he slept on his stomach and muffled the alarm. I worked on repositioning the alarm and we resolved the issue.

My husband and I were skeptical about this product since our 8 year old son would not stay dry no matter what we tried. After 2 weeks of using this product, he was dry through the night and over 6 months later has not had one accident.

This product is AMAZING!!! It has been a lifesaver for me and my 6 year old. Started seeing results after the first night, after 2 weeks we have had dry nights and no accidents. My son has a kidney disease and he goes to the bathroom 2-3 times more than the average person. I wish I would have known about this product sooner. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I am not sure how this alarm actually works but all I know is that it worked for my son. He is almost 9 and has a problem wetting the bed his whole life. We tried numerous techniques but to no avail. This took about 6-8 weeks and he is now dry EVERY night. He is so proud and I am so happy for him. Overnights with his friends can be "normal" now! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
