The Malem alarm is an unbelievable product. I truly wish I had ordered this years ago.My son is 9 years old and he has not been dry one night in all those nine years, not until I got the Malem alarm that is.The first night of use he was wet, the second night slightly wet and since then, over 3 weeks of not wetting the bed.Dry every night, It is so wonderful to see that he is so proud of himself and so are we. The Malem alarm has given him such confidence, a sense of accomplishment and control. Thank you so much for the Malem alarm. We have found that the clip that fastens to undergarments does not stay in place very well for a child that moves a lot while sleeping. Perhaps a bigger clip would be better. It is taking a while for our child to become dry.

This product helped train my 5 1/2 year old to wake up when he was about to pee. He used the alarm for less than 2 weeks. It works wonders. I wish I had known about this a long time ago. I would have saved lots of money on night pull ups.

We love this product! Since we have bought this alarm (a month ago) our son stayed dry 80% of the time. He's sleep is so strong that he did not wake up even for the alarm first few nights. Now he wake up goes to the bathroom,take off the alarm an goes back to sleep.(9 years old). Thank You for this!!!

This product would be beneficial to youths with a little trouble waking up. My son is a hard sleeper and this alarm was a little too inaudible for him, not to mention that he would roll over on top of it, thereby muffling the alarm.

We used the alarm for our 8 year old daughter and had extremely positive results. She was dry after only 10 days - 2 weeks of use. After about 3-4 days she was able to get up and get herself sorted without Mom's assistance before returning to bed. The alarm is loud enough to wake others in the family (we have 3 other children), but this was not a problem. The other kids (and Dad) slept through the alarm. We probably could have benefited by starting a while ago. We plan to use the alarm with another child (6) in the coming weeks. The only caveat relates to Flexible Spending Accounts - ours did not reimburse the cost, so you may want to check prior to purchase.

After asking the pediatrician several times if there was something I could do about my 7 year old son still wetting the bed pretty much every night and having them tell me "he'll grow out of it, you don't see any 18 year olds wetting the bed" or "he's just got a small bladder, it will grow" or "some kids just take longer" . . . my husband went online and bought this device. Let me just tell you that after ONE WEEK, nighttime bedwetting subsided and my son has been CONSISTENTLY dry for a MONTH!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

I was very pleased with the malem alarm. It woke my son up every time and even when he did have accidents in the beginning, it was so much better than waking up hours after it happened in the morning. He woke up about once per night for the first few weeks and then he started staying dry all night. He has now been dry for a whole month. Having this behind us was so worth the money we spent!

My 9 year-old son was still dealing with bedwetting. The financial strain of having to buy Pull-Ups was becoming expensive. Getting up several times of the night to check on him and get him up to go to the restroom was taking a toll on my health as well. I was exhausted! Also, he's at that stage where he is going to sleepovers and I didn't want him to feel embarrassed about wearing Pull-Ups over to his buddies' homes. We invested in the Malem alarm and after a few weeks and a few accidents...he has been dry now for 3 weeks straight!!! We are still wearing it just for a few more weeks. He is so proud every morning!! It definitely worked for us!!!

I was very impressed by this product. I have twin 7 year-old boys who were still wetting the bed. They have both been dry now for more than two weeks. It took the first boy about 4 weeks and the second one less than 2 weeks. I still don't really understand how it works, but it works! It is worth the money. Just think of all the money you will save on diapers or "training pants", not to mention the hassle.

This alarm is great. My son found the colorful design appealing and was willing and eager to begin using it. HE is 9 and after wetting the bed EVERY night since babyhood he has now been dry for 10 nights in a row and counting after using the alarm for about a month.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS SINCE AUGUST AND STILL ARE NOT DRY AT NIGHT. BATTERIES NEED REPLACING ALMOST WEEKLY (COSTLY) AND RIGHT NOW WE NEED A NEW SENSOR (COSTLY AGAIN). WE ARE NOW TAKING A BREAK SINCE I AM UNSURE IF I WANT TO INVEST EVEN MORE FOR A SENSOR AND THEN STILL SPEND MORE WEEKLY ON BATTERIES. MIGHT BE GREAT FOR A CHILD WHO IS VERY CLOSE TO BEING DRY ALREADY.

The alarm has worked wonders for our son. He started having dry nights within 2 weeks. After that, he was only slightly wet and sometimes the alarm did not go off, even after we had ensured the cleanliness of the sensor. Nevertheless, we love the product and our son really enjoyed learning how to manage his own alarm. He felt like a big boy getting up on his own and turning off the alarm as he went to the bathroom. Our son still has an occasional accident, and we wish that the sensor was more reliable for these minimal wetness events.
