Our son is 8 yrs. old, and was still needing to wear pull-ups every night. After 27 days of using the Malem alarm, he had only two nights of enuresis, over a period of three weeks. It has been two months now, and he has been completely dry every night. Needless to say, our son is very happy with his success!:)

The alarm was recommended by a friend and finally I was ready to give it a try. My six year old was wearing nighttime pull ups but still waking up to wet sheets 3 - 5 times a week. We started using the alarm on a Saturday night and for the first three days we were up 3 times a night. My son hated it and I was looking for any excuse not to use it. Then, on the 4th night, he was dry all night and has been dry for nearly 4 weeks now. It's amazing how the system works!

Due to a condition that causes her to get bladder infections easily, my daughter has struggled with bedwetting her whole life. We have tried everything, (literally), to curb the nighttime wetting, and nothing has worked. We bought this alarm as a desperate last attempt to get her body to recognize the signals, and it has been absolutely amazing! In three weeks time, she was waking herself up to use the restroom before the alarm went off. She has been using the alarm for just over four weeks now, and the improvement is far beyong anything I could have expected. This had truly been a miracle for us. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bedtime issues.

My son received the unit for Christmas. He is a heavy sleeper and on the 3rd night I believe he saturated the unit. The next day the bell sounded very weak and sounded as if it was shorting out. I looked at the trouble shooting tips and used soap and water and brush to clean the sensors. The following day I tested the unit. It was able to ring but still too weak and very choppy. Please let me know what else I should do in order to make this work.

I am using this for my 5 1/2 year old son who has been very excited about ending his bed wetting. It has been about 9 days and I am seeing some progress * the alarm wakes him up * He is stopping the flow before fully wetting (the last 5 nights have either been dry or just a drop or 2 *the alarm is very sensitive My biggest problem with this version (the yellow 8 sound alarm) is the battery system. I just spent $9 for a 3 pack of replacement "button" batteries. They were dying after a week! The alarm has gone off on average 1 time per night, so this is VERY bad battery life! The package says they should last for 6 hours total which should be 3 months, but they definitely don't. The Ultimate uses AAA batteries, which last about 60 hours and are MUCH cheaper to replace (if needed at all). I could have bought the Ultimate for essentially the same price as the regular alarm + replacement batteries. Therefore, I would not recommend this alarm and not purchase it again. I would have gone with the Ultimate.

This Malem alarm is worth it's weight in gold!!! Initially, I was hesitant to spend [$] on this item, not knowing if it would really work... It DID!! And I figure it's actually ended up SAVING me money that I would have continued to spend on overnight diapers. The alarm was loud enough to awaken my son, and me because I am a light-sleeper, but my husband and daughter were not bothered by it. (All bedrooms are in close proximity.) The original batteries didn't last long, but the company sent us a new set - free of charge. After replacing, the alarm wasn't as loud as it had been when brand new, but still did the trick. My 6-year-old had been trained to pee in the diaper, because there really were no consequences. The alarm helped to wake him up and he was successfully dry night after night in less than 2 months!!! I am so pleased with this product, I highly recommend it!

Started using the alarm about six weeks ago with a heavy nightly bedwetter. Progress has been spotty so far with only a handful of dry nights, and a couple of wake-ups to urinate before setting the alarm off. Understand that it could take time, so still hopeful that after a few more months bedwetting habit will be broken.

This alarm is money well spent! Our 7 year old daughter had been dry during the day since potty training, but would soak a pull-up every night. The pediatrician suggested to us that she would outgrow it, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try the alarm. After only 2 weeks she was only having the occasional tiniest bit of wetting before getting up to go to the bathroom. It's been 2 weeks now and she has stayed dry every night. She is so proud of herself, and we are relieved not to have to buy any more pull-ups! Terrific product!

Our 14 year old autistic son was trained in the daytime but took so much medicine at night he was in a very deep sleep & did not wake himself up when he had to go. He had outgrown all pullups. It only took a few weeks for him to train by using the bedwetting alarm. Thank goodness! No more wet sheets!

My son wet the bed almost every night since being potty trained. During the day he is fine but not at night. Two yrs ago his doctor put him on a medication and at first we saw results but then regressed. After dosing changes, still nothing. My nephew's grandma bought him one of the alarms and she told me about it. So I reluctantly bought one. The alarm worked within a week! He has woken up dry for the past month! I am so impressed with this I wish I would have considered this a long time ago!
