After asking the pediatrician several times if there was something I could do about my 7 year old son still wetting the bed pretty much every night and having them tell me "he'll grow out of it, you don't see any 18 year olds wetting the bed" or "he's just got a small bladder, it will grow" or "some kids just take longer" . . . my husband went online and bought this device. Let me just tell you that after ONE WEEK, nighttime bedwetting subsided and my son has been CONSISTENTLY dry for a MONTH!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

I was very pleased with the malem alarm. It woke my son up every time and even when he did have accidents in the beginning, it was so much better than waking up hours after it happened in the morning. He woke up about once per night for the first few weeks and then he started staying dry all night. He has now been dry for a whole month. Having this behind us was so worth the money we spent!

My 9 year-old son was still dealing with bedwetting. The financial strain of having to buy Pull-Ups was becoming expensive. Getting up several times of the night to check on him and get him up to go to the restroom was taking a toll on my health as well. I was exhausted! Also, he's at that stage where he is going to sleepovers and I didn't want him to feel embarrassed about wearing Pull-Ups over to his buddies' homes. We invested in the Malem alarm and after a few weeks and a few accidents...he has been dry now for 3 weeks straight!!! We are still wearing it just for a few more weeks. I was very impressed by this product. I have twin 7 year-old boys who were still wetting the bed. They have both been dry now for more than two weeks. It took the first boy about 4 weeks and the second one less than 2 weeks. I still don't really understand how it works, but it works! It is worth the money. Just think of all the money you will save on diapers or "training pants", not to mention the hassle.

This alarm is great. My son found the colorful design appealing and was willing and eager to begin using it. HE is 9 and after wetting the bed EVERY night since babyhood he has now been dry for 10 nights in a row and counting after using the alarm for about a month.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS SINCE AUGUST AND STILL ARE NOT DRY AT NIGHT. BATTERIES NEED REPLACING ALMOST WEEKLY (COSTLY) AND RIGHT NOW WE NEED A NEW SENSOR (COSTLY AGAIN). WE ARE NOW TAKING A BREAK SINCE I AM UNSURE IF I WANT TO INVEST EVEN MORE FOR A SENSOR AND THEN STILL SPEND MORE WEEKLY ON BATTERIES. MIGHT BE GREAT FOR A CHILD WHO IS VERY CLOSE TO BEING DRY ALREADY.

The alarm has worked wonders for our son. He started having dry nights within 2 weeks. After that, he was only slightly wet and sometimes the alarm did not go off, even after we had ensured the cleanliness of the sensor. Nevertheless, we love the product and our son really enjoyed learning how to manage his own alarm. He felt like a big boy getting up on his own and turning off the alarm as he went to the bathroom. Our son still has an occasional accident, and we wish that the sensor was more reliable for these minimal wetness events.

We're using this to train our son to be able to get thru the night without wetting the bed. It works quite well. He does sometimes sleep thru the alarm, but that's not the alarm's fault, he can be a very heavy sleeper. I did figure out one important "trick" - do NOT replace the batteries with the sensor unplugged from the head unit. If you do it will recalibrate with too much sensitivity and you'll never get it to work. Just remember to have the sensor connected when installing new batteries. Other than that, clean the sensor every few days and it will work perfectly.

This has been a great tool to solve our bedwetting and even daytime wetting issues! Our son would wet the bed NIGHTLY and lightly wet his pants during the day. Since we started using this routinely, he has stayed dry at night and it has helped him be aware of daytime signals and stay dry then as well! It is so nice to pick up dirty laundry that does NOT smell of urine!!!Well worth the money!! My son was so excited to use it. As a 6 year old, he was eager to find a solution to bedwetting (which also led to help with daytime pants wetting)and was so excited when the alarm was delivered. He hooks it up all by himself and unhooks it each morning. I feel very relieved to have found a drug-free resolution!!!!!!!

We use this product for our 6 year old son. It effectively woke him up the first few nights, but now he is able to sleep through it until the battery runs down. The sound is now very low all the time, even after replacing the batteries and cleaning the connections.

Both my son and daughter had problems with bed wetting,(unfortunately they got it from me.) The Malem Alarm has worked well in our house. I only wish my parents had this alarm for me when I was growing up.

It works very well and my son has shown great improvement. He has had issues wetting the bed for many years and it wasn't until we used the bedwetting alarm that we have remedied the problem. He has been using the alarm everyday for a month and has only had two accidents. Now he usually wakes up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I am very happy with the results.

I was really excited to order and receive this device. Due to the wonderful reviews, I had high expectations. The batteries last only 1-2 weeks. The device has disconnected on it's own at least 3 timies. We are still using it, and hopefully it will work for us in the end. There is still hope for my little one.
