I bought it on December and worked well for a 4-5 week period. We had no more bedwetting! On the 5 week it started not to work well. sometimes it gives false alarms or don't sound at all at other times you can not make it stop. It also consumes 3 batteries every other week. It is a great idea but with poor technical execution. I recommend to buy 2 in order to be able not to stop the training when it fails.

We love this product, it works extremly well and our son adapted quickly to the Malem Alarm. The directions on when the alarm went off, were not clear for us on how to turn it off. You have to lift the sensor. Otherwise, terrific product and has made such a difference in our son's life. We are in our fourth week of dry nights! Thank you!

My 5 year old son had been wetting at night forever! He was such a sound sleeper that he just never woke up to go potty! After his 3 year old brother started wearing underwear to bed, that's when he started getting discouraged. His pediatrician told us about this product. I was willing to give it a try and maybe stop buying pullups! Immediately when the alarm would sound, he was awake and would finish what he started in the potty. Two weeks into it, he started having dry nights! We are now on week 5 and he stays dry every night!!!! I would recommend this product to anyone!

We are week 2 with the device and so far so good. The alarm sounds immediately although it would be nice if there was a reset button so that my son could turn it off when he wakes up and not just hold the button down. We are seeing some progress and we are looking forward to dry nights.

After years of wet pull-ups every night, my eight year old has finally stopped needing them. She did need to wear the alarm longer than the directions suggested. She did about 2-3 weeks and had accidents after that a few times, so she wore the alarm for another week and now she has been dry for over a week. I am amazed that we are done with pull-ups.

For the first week my 10 year old son insisted there was something wrong with the product because it kept "going off" and waking him up. I sleep in an area where I couldn't hear the alarm, so I moved closer for a couple of days. Yes, it is "going off" and waking him up because it is doing it's job beautifully.

This is our experience 5 weeks into owning this device: At first, our daughter slept right through the alarm and I had to wake her up. After a few days she started waking shortly after alarm went off. Now she quite reliably wakes up after the first beep. However, she still wets her pull-ups every night. Ah yes, I'd like to mention that our daugther wears two pairs of underwear under a pair of pull-ups. We attach the alarm to the second panty, the first pair being for comfort and cushioning. The pull-up is for the obvious, so that I only have to wash underwear instead of sheets. Of course, I'm not thrilled that after getting up every night for 5 weeks, she still wets her bed every night. But I have to say that it changed her behavior a lot. She used to be very grumpy in the morning and almost impossible to wake up. Now, she's very pleasant and fully awake in the morning. So, I assume it does change her sleeping pattern to the better and we just have to hang in there a bit longer to see her being dry during the night.

My 9 year old daughter, who never had a dry night, is now dry after a couple of weeks of using this alarm! She is so excited! This alarm was super easy to use and comfortable to wear.

Actually, when my son heard the alarm when I demonstrated it,just knowing the sound would scare him awake stopped his bedwetting immediately, he hasnt wet since. So the Malem alarm stopped his bedwetting without even going off once.Except in the demonstration

Our son is 8 yrs. old, and was still needing to wear pull-ups every night. After 27 days of using the Malem alarm, he had only two nights of enuresis, over a period of three weeks. It has been two months now, and he has been completely dry every night. Needless to say, our son is very happy with his success!:)

The alarm was recommended by a friend and finally I was ready to give it a try. My six year old was wearing nighttime pull ups but still waking up to wet sheets 3 - 5 times a week. We started using the alarm on a Saturday night and for the first three days we were up 3 times a night. My son hated it and I was looking for any excuse not to use it. Then, on the 4th night, he was dry all night and has been dry for nearly 4 weeks now. It's amazing how the system works!

Due to a condition that causes her to get bladder infections easily, my daughter has struggled with bedwetting her whole life. We have tried everything, (literally), to curb the nighttime wetting, and nothing has worked. We bought this alarm as a desperate last attempt to get her body to recognize the signals, and it has been absolutely amazing! In three weeks time, she was waking herself up to use the restroom before the alarm went off. She has been using the alarm for just over four weeks now, and the improvement is far beyong anything I could have expected. This had truly been a miracle for us. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has bedtime issues.

My son received the unit for Christmas. He is a heavy sleeper and on the 3rd night I believe he saturated the unit. The next day the bell sounded very weak and sounded as if it was shorting out. I looked at the trouble shooting tips and used soap and water and brush to clean the sensors. The following day I tested the unit. It was able to ring but still too weak and very choppy. Please let me know what else I should do in order to make this work.
