We started our five year old on the alarm because she had expressed excitement about losing the pull-ups overnight--she had been potty-trained during the day since age 3 but would wake up every morning with, not only a full pull-up but often an overflowing one whether or not she drank water after six, peed before bed,etc. The first week, the alarm woke her up after she had already peed and we would take her to the bathroom, sometimes she would go more, sometimes not. The second week she started tuning out the alarm so we put a monitor in her room and when we heard it go off, we would come and wake her up. It was around the third week where she started being only slightly wet some nights, completely wet others, and by the fifth week she was having completely dry nights. We kept her on the alarm to be sure for two full weeks, week five and six and after 14 straight dry nights, we have taken off the alarm. She continues to be dry--sometimes she gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, sometimes she holds it until morning. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. GREAT PRODUCT! She is thrilled.

I was so greatful when this product started to work after a couple of days. I am not sure why I hadn't done it sooner. My daughter has been dry for 2 1/2 weeks we just got this product less than 4 weeks ago. My daughter is feeling confident that she isn't wetting the bed any longer.

My son used this product after wetting the bed his whole life, he was 7 1/2 when I purchased it. The first few nights the sounds and vib. would wake him and he would walk to me to turn off.(he is a VERY DEEP sleeper) so thankfully the sound was loud enough to wake him, the next few nights he would wake as soon as he started to go lightly and he would run to me to turn off and then he would finish his potty on the toilet YEH!! Soon enough after about 4 weeks he was completely dry through the night!! It took alittle longer than some but, it worked well worth the money, my only advice is dont take it off them until they are dry for at least 2 weeks straight. My son also did not like knowing it was attached to his clothing so I would apply it to him after he was asleep, great product I was at my wits end and we conqured his betwetting problem thanks to this Malem device!!

My son is 8 years and tired of depending on pull ups. The sound and vibration are enough to wake him. He is an extremely hard sleeper who has slept through smoke alarms and this product would wake even the soundest sleeper! The noise is a little startling, but necessary. My only complaint is the long cord. I have to feed it under the safety pin. I'm feeling positive that we will be successful with this method considering since purchasing this machine this is the ONLY time in 8 years we have had consecutive nights of dryness-fingers crossed!

After 11 1/2 years of solid wet nights, my daughter is proud that she persisted and is dry. She was motivated and took charge of the process. Almost immediately she was having several dry nights a week. It did take persistence, what a great lesson for life. After 6-7 months she is completely dry and was able to go to summer camp this year without fears of wetting! Wish we knew about the product earlier, so much ill advice out there even from doctors. Well worth it even though we had to purchase a new cord - it had a work out :) Thank you - we have recommended to several friends already!!! Now we will use it for our son who has been wet intermittently and we will review for that after the expectant good results!

Attach the clip to regular underpants and the box to a tank-top to avoid holes in a t-shirt. It can be uncomfortable for a child who sleeps on his/her tummy.

I was a skeptic but desperate. My 7 year old son had never been dry at night and I tried everything—nothing worked until I tried the potty alarm. My son preferred the vibration setting—the alarms were too loud for him. The first two weeks he wet each night and then like magic—he stopped wetting and has been dry ever since. I would suggest trying this in the summer so that you are not changing full winter PJ's. My son slept in underwear and a t-shirt which made the wet nights easier to deal with. We also had our son sleep on an air mattress next to our bed just to make the assisting him easier. It was worth every penny. We are still in shock.

We were having a horrible time potty training my 5 1/2 year old at night (it took a year for daytime training for him). He is a very heavy sleeper and would soak the bed multiple times per night without waking at all. Within a week of using the alarm we had our first dry night. Now about 6 weeks later we are having 4 out of 5 nights dry (all night without waking) and last night he woke up on his own to use the bathroom before setting off the alarm. Hopefully in a few weeks he won't need it at all. We have 2 other boys and I will be saving it to use with them as well. The only real complaint I have is that the cord is way too long for him and can be cumbersome under his pajamas so it would be nice if it came in different sizes. This product is worth every penny and I have recommended it to many friends.

My 9 year old attached the sensor to her underwear and then wore a pullup over to protect the bed linens. It worked GREAT!!! She was overjoyed that she could wake up in the night and use the bathroom! After 2 weeks she started waking up on her own. After 4 weeks she no longers worries about wearing pullups, but she plans to keep wearing the alarm for several months for "backup". The Malem Ultimate ranks up there among the best purchases I EVER made!!

My son is 11. We were waiting for him "to grow out of it." Our pediatrician recommended waking him up throughout the night, but that wasn't working, he would frequently already be wet. The alarm went off for 4-5 nights and we haven't had a wet night since (4 weeks). Wish I had done this 4 years ago!! Although if the child is younger, it might take longer. I was shocked at how quickly it went for my older child.

It works. My 10 yr old had never had a dry night in his life. We ordered this alarm and after about 4 months he is no longer a bed wetter. I feel so proud of him and he is so proud of himself. We just recently went on Summer Vacation and It was so great not to worry about him wetting the hotel bed. Thank You Malem!!!!

I purchased the product for my 5 yr old daughter because I was concerned about the cost of pull-ups and her personal hygeine before starting Kindergarten. We used it for a month. The last week the alarm did not go off and so last night we used it without the alarm and she woke up dry. It feels great to say that Malem Ultimate was a complete success and recommend it to anyone!

This is the best product ever invented for this issue!! I want to kiss the feet of the doctor who invented this. My son was 6 in April and we started this July 9th. He is now on his 3rd week of total dryness.! I just am in AWE of the way this thing works. We use it at night pinned to his shirt and wired down thru his jammie top to his underwear. The easy clip is definitely just that... EASY! At first when he would start peeing he would get disoriented when woken up by the alarm and have trouble turning it off. But now... no problems. Like I said, he's 3 weeks dry and counting. I had to make sure the alarm was still working... although if it wasn't the sheets would be wet. I don't think there are any "not so great" things about this product. I would recommend it to ANYONE who has a child with this issue. Oh, I also rewarded him for getting himself out of bed and finishing peeing in the bathroom. But that is not needed now since he DRY DRY DRY! Can I do a dance??? Thank you Bed Wetting Store! You saved my life!! and my wallet from all those undernights.!

My 7 year-old daughter has not had dry nights her entire life. I have tried everything from limiting liquid intake to waking her at night to promises of positive reinforcement for making it all night without wetting. Nothing worked. I kept thinking she would grow out of it but unfortunately, she didn't. At 7 years old, she was getting to the point that she was extremely embarrassed and I was extremely frustrated. I went out on the internet searching for possible solutions and found the Malem products. It amazed me to read that so many other families had similar experiences with children my daughter's age. I was actually relieved to know it wasn't just us!! I have to admit I was skeptical at first but reading the reviews convinced me to give it a try. I am happy to say that my daughter has been completely dry for SEVEN WEEKS! It only took 2 nights of being awoken by the alarm before she was able to have dry nights. This has TRULY changed our lives!! I would recommend this product to any and everyone that is dealing with this very real problem!
