My son is 12 and had never had a single dry night ever. We had tried two previous alarms. First, the one that had to be placed inside a panty liner. We used that for weeks and it was awful! Difficuult to use and he hated the liners. We gave up and waited another year and then tried Rogers alarm. Again, difficult to use, hated the fit of the underwear. Horrible, and had no results at all. We waited another year, and then, on his 12th birthday, we took him to the bed wetting clinic at Children's Mercy Hosptial. They told us to to get this Malem Ultimate alarm. We have had it for 4 weeks and my son has gone from soaking through a "goodnight" pullup, and through the sheets every single night, to in 4 weeks he has been dry every night all this week. Dry! Totally Dry, no alarm sounding, just blessed dry sleep. It is amazing. I do think that it helps that the child is old enough to take care of it himself. But, I also think that this alarm seriously works. The ease of use is amazing. The other two alarms had issues with still sensing urine on the sensors, so in the middle of the night it was a pain when they continued to go off eventhough you had cleaned them and changed clothes. The other alarms were very difficult for a child to do. This one is a piece of cake! So easy. My son is a very heavy sleeper who also acclimates to a sound, so the 8 different sounds was great. You can set this alarm to 8 sounds, and every time it goes off, it plays a new sound, so you don't acclimate to it. Worth every penny. Seriously! Wish I had purchased this sooner, and not wasted my money on the others. What a life saver!

My 9 year old son was a consistant bedwetter from the beginning. We had been buying expensive pull ups and decided to try the alarm. The 1st 2 days he woke up wet and then after that he either woke himself up or didn't have to go. Every now and then he will have a small wet spot but it wakes him before he can empty his bladder. He used to be able to sleep through a freight train but this gets him (and me)up . The vibe/alarm is the way to go only wish we hadn't waited this long.

We thought our son's issue was medical. He is 9 yrs old. He was wetting 3-4 times a week prior. This was our last resort before seeing the specialist. We are so happy with results. We discussed product with him. He was ready and felt in control. 1 accident in 8 weeks!- UNbeliveable!

We have used this product for my son and it began helping him after just a few nights. I woke up with him the first few nights and helped re-clip the sensor for him. He did get the process down on his own after that. We decided to have him wear a pull-up over his underwear so that if there was any leakage we wouldn't have to change the sheets. The pull-up helped the first few nights and has been dry ever since.

My son started using the Malem Alarm about 4 weeks ago. After 2 1/2 weeks of use he started going through out the night without wetting the bed. This is a huge accomplishment since he was wetting the bed almost every night. I only wish I had purchased this years ago!

My 7.5 yr old daughter is doing great! We are on wk 4. Wk 1 was terrible - she was wet each night (as we expected) but it was so sad that she was so out of it at night. She was hardly awake fumbling with the alarm in a sleep daze and it broke my heart. It was so tempting to stop - but we stuck to it. By wk 2 she was only wet once, and it was on a night she had stayed up late... Wk 3 one "dribble" that she stopped on her own. And now we are at the end of wk 4 and she has been totally dry. She is so proud of herself as are we. I never expected to see results this fast, although we know we could still experience set backs. But I warn you - it's REALLY hard in the beginning! But stick to it - it's worth it!

This was just what my 8 year old son needed to stop bedwetting! After 2 weeks of waking he finally slept thru the night for the first time with no wetness! What a wonderful feeling for him and for the parents! He took complete ownership of operating this alarm and was happy that he had the control. I finally purchased the alarm after taking my 10 yr. old son to 2 pediatric urologists & getting the same advice.."Go to Bedwetting Store.com." My son completely stopped having accidents by the end of the 4th mo. I bought another & am now using the alarms w/ my 6 yr. old twin daughters. The 1st 2 wks. were tough,getting up at least 2-4 x a night w/ 2 alarms going off, but now we are averaging just a cpl. accidents a wk.!(just over a mo. in to using them) They do rarely go off when they aren't even wet (slightly sweaty perhaps?),but overall I am very happy and glad I finally went w/ the alarms. We have the vibrating/multi-tone alarm,as well as the vibrating single tone one. Both work great! I also bought the sleeping bag liner to try it out. I figured I'd start w/ 1 & get another if I liked it.I also thought I'd have my girls sleep on the floor in their sleeping bags until 'no more accidents' w/ the liner. Imagine my surprise when I realized the liner is actually like a sleeping bag itself & they can lay right in it! I purchased another right away & my girls sleep right inside them in their bed, & if they wet I only need to wash the liner,not their entire set of bed sheets,comforter,etc.! The liner is very durable,comfortable for them to sleep in, and very worth the low cost.

I have to say I am impressed with this little device! Our son who is 7 has been wearing pull ups forever and he wore this for about 2-3 weeks before he had complete success! We have used another device (Rogers wireless) with his older sister, which worked as well, but we had issues with the undies getting damaged, and the transmitter going through the wash because it snaps onto the undies. Also, the wireless one would go off like a ghost, triggered by many other "wilreless" noises. This device works when he wets and he figured it out very quickly in less than a month! Two thumbs up!!!!

Everyone kept telling us that our son would stop nighttime wetting when he was ready. Well, I finally couldn't take it anymore! Ordered the Ultimate FS and 2 weeks later he is dry and happy! I will tell you he wanted the alarm but after using it for a few days and being woken up he wanted to be DONE and NOW! Whatever it takes to let your little or in my case not so little one know that they can do it is worth any price!

Our 8 year old son has been using the alarm for a few weeks now and has been dry for almost 2 weeks straight. It is so amazing. We'd tried everything before(medication and different techniques) and still put off getting an alarm because of wondering whether it would work or not. So glad we finally bought it. Our son is even impressed and feels so good about it. We're very pleased.

It was easy to read and easy to use. I love the option about being able to turn the alarm off and just use vibrate. The alarm is loud at first but really works! I do recommend following instructions to ween it off like the package says and not stop too early. It is an amazing product!

Our child is doing so much better just after a few weeks of using. It is very light weight, and easy to put on. The only con is that is puts holes in their shirts, so we just limited the shirts that he is a loud to wear at night so all of his pajamas don't end up with holes.

We bought a malem ultimate alarm 1 year ago and started using it consistently last April (9 months ago). I twas really har at the beginning, all of us waking up at times 2-3 times per night (as if having a baby again. Within 2 months, my 7 year old was dry, but he was also more tired during the day from waking up at night. He did great throughout the summer, but once school started in September, he started wetting again. After 9 months of use every single day, we still have the alarm going off about twice a week, but he wakes up by himself, changes himself and we don't have to wash sheets every day, as he wakes up after only a few drops.
