By the third night my seven year old was dry!!! And has been since(it's over a week) We are all thrilled by the "magic". One thing - when you test the product the sensor has to be closed on an article of clothing or it will keep on ringing. That should've been included in the instructions for the test run.

We were skeptical when we bought this alarm but we were tired of our 6 yr. old still going in his pull-up every night. We thought it was expensive but we reasoned that if it worked we may end up saving money if we could stop buying pull-ups. This alarm was Amazing! In 10 days it had my son completely trained to wake up on his own to go to the bathroom at night. He has not had an accident since and now 30 days later we have completely stopped using the alarm because it hasn't been needed. I would recommend this alarm to ANYONE who wants their child to stop wetting the bed. Completely satisfied and happy to tell the world!

This is quite possibly the best thing we've ever bought for our son. The alarm has put his lifelong bed-wetting to an end. It's easy enough for him to manage on his own, after one or two nights of me helping him. It's durable enough for a young boy. The alarm and vibration wake him up without alerting the entire household. My only regret is not buying one sooner. I highly recommend this alarm to anyone!

It takes 6 weeks to see big results, and our son has been eager to see the improved dry nights! CAUTION: the sensor clasp WILL activate dry when open/closing on nothing...it took me a day or to to understand WHY the alarm went off DRY and UNATTACHED. We ALL know now how to avoid and why the sensor is set off when is sometimes flips the clasp while dressing for bed!

Easy to use and opperate. We used it on our 4 year old 1st week we had to change him twice during night..evry night. 2nd weeek down to 1 or twice by 3rd week he slept through the ..DRY.. 6 week he is officially trained!! we had a party with cake and a gift!

Clip to back of pj shirt so kids can't reset it on their own very easily. Makes them wake up. Also a tad uncomfortable so they don't sleep as hard. Of 5 kids 2 sleep so hard they wet. Son (8) broke in a month peeing just twice. He was a nightly wetter. Daughter (8/9) broke in a year. I thought she was broke, then she regressed once summer came...she played hard and couldn't wake up. The clip did get rusty and quit working after about a year, so I purchased a new one. She broke right after the new one came. She was a nightly, sometimes twice a night wetter. Thank you. Each time I bought the one that beeps, lights and vibrates. Not sure if it was necessary. Sound might be enough, but I figured why risk our not waking them.

We used this alarm with out daughter several years ago. It took over a year for her to not have to wear the alarm any more, but there was a "history" to her wetting and some medical issues. Then the last few years we used on a son and was able to go without using within several weeks. It had gotten well used with our daughter and so was unable. I kept putting off buying a new one for our 5 year old son, because of the cost, but each time I bought diapers I would tell myself "I could put this money into buying a new alarm". So I bought it. It has been a few weeks and we are pleased with the progress. We will probably have to use at least a couple more weeks yet, but the progress was seen immediately.

Our eight-year old daughter was tired and frustrated with wearing pull ups every night...so were we. She was very excited when her pediatrician recommended the products from The Bedwetting Store. Her father and I were skeptical but she was wanted to give it a try so we ordered the Ultimate Bedwetting Alarm. This product really works! Within one week of using the Ultimate alarm, she was staying dry at night. She has even woken up a couple of times during the night and gone to the bathroom on her own. She has never done that before! I believe the quick results we received (one week to dryness) are due to our daughter's age and her readiness to be done with pull ups. I wouldn't expect such quick results for everyone but do truly believe this product really works. Thank you!

Used for 7 yr old son who is a heavy sleeper and was not concerned about sleeping (or hanging around in the morning) in a wet pullup. Had previously tried another brand wireless alarm but it required a LOT of wetness to activate (wet bed), could not be used with a pull-up, and was still unreliable (eventually stopped working). Malem Ultimate seemed more proven so we gave it a try. I let him choose the color and sound so he was engaged in the process. I particularly loved that we could use it with a pullup over the underwear. Halfway thru the first week he would wake with just a little urine in his underwear. Had only one alarm each the 2nd and 3rd week (nickel sized spots). Stopped pullups after 3 weeks. On week 4 now and I think he is done! We are still using the alarm until he is ready to go without. The cord gets in his way but he doesn't seem to mind too much. He can also put on and take off himself which he prefers. Mom is a pediatrician and she was about ready to try medication. She was amazed how well this worked!

My son used the alarm over the summer before starting first grade. After a month, he had six dry months, but then started wetting the bed again. In the meantime we had moved and I couldn't find the original alarm. I had no qualms about ordering another since I knew how well it worked. After two weeks with the new alarm we're all dry again, but still wearing it for a while. When we're done I'll put this one in a safe place - just in case...
