PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: I got this for my 6 year old who wants to start doing sleep overs. Within 2 weeks she was dry! We had a few sleepless nights at first but she was excited to see each forward step. We used a pull up and clipped the device to toilet tissue to avoid all the messes. It worked so well! Amazingly it woke her up but the other kids didn't hear or just rolled over! |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: i was a bit hesitant to spend [$] on an alarm, but my son, age 5, had been dry for a 2 months, then relapsed in a big way. I'd started waking him up before we went to bed, but he'd still wet once, if not twice a night. Upon the recommendation of his ped, talked to him about getting some 'buzzing underpants' and he seemed agreeable. When we got it, played with it and showed him how it worked and he did get a little afraid (the buzzing was a bit loud...nowhere near as loud as the alarm itself, but it did unsettle him a bit) The next night he was ready to wear it, and happily helped us clip and pin it on.For us, he only needed 4 nights to learn to stay dry, and only the first night was a soaking. He wore it for a full 2 weeks with no repeat accidents, and now its happily packed away for little sister's use in a few years. My ONLY criticism of the Malam alarms is the fact that they're a little 'floppy' when pinned on the shirt. maybe if there's a way to attach the pin more in the middle as oppsed to the top might make them less so, but otherwsie, cannot say enough great things about this product. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: We had tried for two years to keep our now 7 year old daughter dry at night with no luck. She is a very heavy sleeper and would soak her bed and still not wake up. Our pediatrician recommended an alarm. Our daughter was on board which is a huge help. It took all 12 weeks, but she is dry now. If we go on vacation or she is over-tired we still use it. It reminds her to wake up when her bladder is full. So happy I spent the money on the alarm. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: My son is 8 and no matter what we tried he still had night time accidents. we used this for one week and then he went solo. Dry, dry, dry. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Bought this for my seven year old. Had never had more than a handful of dry nights in her life. After one week of use she went for a week stay with Grandma and decided she didnt want to use it there. Well she didnt need it she was dry the whole week, as has been everynight since! Amazing after one week using the alarm she has been dry for almost three months! |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: It's definitely loud enough for me to hear in my room, but for heavy deep sleepers, they won't hear it or won't move. |

CONS BEST USES Comments: We tried medication to help my 11 yr old son stop wetting, it didn't help at all and made him feel like a failure. We were excited to give this a try and within a week he stopped wetting! It has been a few months and we don't use the alarm any longer and he wakes up dry every morning! He is most excited about getting to go to sleep-overs with his friends! THANK YOU so much for a great product! |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: My son started wetting the bed at age four after being toilet trained for a year. He is now 10. After being completely discouraged by insensitive doctors that just kept handing me new perscriptions. I was skeptical but we tried this alarm. My son has been using it for 9 weeks. And while I was hoping for and expecting immediate results after reading other reviews I have accepted that each child is different. I'm proud of my son for being proactive. The alarm is easy for him to use. He has averaged 2 dry nights a week for the first 6 weeks with the other nights being woken up by the alarm. He would change his underwear, slip a pull up over them and go back to bed. We are going into week 9 with a 5 day stretch of dry nights. I was extremely happy (and so is my son) that he wasn't waking up in a soaked bed each day but now, hopefully the complete dry nights will continue to come. |

CONS BEST USES Comments: I slept with my 10 year old daughter for six weeks. Her wake pattern was random as far as dry nights, nights with one wetting and nights with two. The time was also not very regular. We were frustrated and a little concerned at times, but by 4-5 weeks, she started waking up before the alarm, getting up, and going to the bathroom. Soon, she was doing this regularly and we quit using the alarm. She never wet the bed again. Now, it has been 3 months and she usually sleeps through the night. Such a relief. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: At first it was cumbersome to use, but once my son got used to it, he had no problem. I slept with him for the first week to help him wake up and change his underwear. I knew it would work b/c the first night, the alarm went off and his underwear was slightly wet, but his sheets were completely dry-the alarm stopped him from peeing completely. After two weeks, he was dry. |

Comments: We are still making progress about 8 months after we started using the alarm for my (now) 9 year-old son. The first several months, we had to wake him every night - usually twice a night. Then we only had to wake him once. Then he began waking on his own. Now, he is dry many nights, but still not done. We are just purchasing our second sensor replacement as they just do not hold up over the long haul, but since most of people do not need it that long, it should not be a problem. Just clean it regularly. |

Comments: Our son asked for an alarm after I told him I had used one myself as a child. It gave him the feeling that the issue was something he could overcome. It gave him more control over the situation. He was a little frustrated that the effects were not instantaneous but he always thought the alarm was cool and never asked not to wear it. The alarm did more to wake my wife and I up than him for the first few weeks but eventually he was getting up on his own and after a few months he no longer needed the alarm. The thing works! |

PROS CONS
BEST USES Comments: My son used it one night and wet the alarm. After that the alarm would not shut off. So we were stuck with a [$] alarm that was faulty. Once wet, it did not stop beeping. |

PROS
CONS BEST USES Comments: My son is 8 years old and had wet the bed almost every night. I admit that I was skeptical that this alarm would work, but I was very tired of doing laundry and spending the extra money on odor removers. He really wanted to try it so he could feel comfortable at sleepovers. So we got the alarm. It was very rough the first week or so because the alarm would go off and I would get up with him. Since he was older, he eventually did that by himself. We had a few dry nights at first...then more and more...some relapses, but if you use the alarm everynight like stated it will work. By the end of around 3 months he was completely dry and has been for about 5-6 months. I highly recommend this alarm! |

PROS
CONS BEST USES Comments: I really didn't think anything would work so quickly. We had tried almost everything for our son and this solved his problem in a matter of weeks. It was so nice for him to never again have to worry about sleepovers or camp. That was 4 years ago and it seems like yesterday. Wish I had bought it sooner. |
