I purchased the Malem Ultimate because it had multiple alarm sounds,lights and vibration. I thought if anything was going to wake him up this would. The good news is that gradually my grandson started to wake up to the alarm and go to the bathroom, even though he didn't remember it in the morning. After 3 months he is dry! I'm very happy for him and he's very happy. He just spent the night at his buddy's house and stayed dry. This alarm works as advertised. I think it's on the expensive side but it did solve the problem and I would recommend this product.It's very safe and effective. You will be happy with the results.

We purchased this for our almost 9 year old son that was wetting through pullups every night. The first 3 nigts of using were very rough for all! Very little sleep as the alarm was constantly going off every couple of hours when he would start wetting. His bedroom is on the otherside of the house & it instantly woke both my husbad & I up. Our son would jump out of bed right away since it was so loud & it woke him up as he is a VERY heavy/sound sleeper. By the end of the 1st week we were only getting up 3 times during the night. During the 2nd week it was starting to onlyy go off once a night & by the time the middle of week 3 came he was consistantly dry! Who would have ever thought this little thing pager could put such a big smile now on our 9 year olds face!

My son was 7 and still wetting the bed every night. We tried waking him up to go at night, and he litterally walked to the bathroom still asleep and usually couldn't go. I thought it was hopeless until I bought the bedwetting alarm. It is a long process and I almost gave up a few times. It took three months until my son made it two weeks in a row with dry nights. At first, he didn't even wake up to the alarm. I had to get him up two or three times a night. Pretty soon that reduced to once a night. Then he started having intermittant dry nights. He never really did wake up to the alarm, but he started getting up on his own before the alarm went off. Finally, after months of hard work, he is dry. It was worth every penny and it's worth the sleepless nights for a couple of months.

Our son was 11 and was scheduled to go on an extended field trip over nite for several days with school.... We didn't want him to be embarrassed having to wear the nite time pants or maybe even wetting his sleeping bag. So we looked on line to see what we could find and we found the Malem Ultimate. I have to say that I was a little sceptical of the product, but when we read the reviews we thought we should give it a try. We were very pleased with how well it worked. We started with just the vibrating mode because he shares a room with his little brother and we didn't want the alarm to wake the little guy up. I didn't think that it would work so quickly. It only took a few days if that to have our son be dry through the nite. We told him to get up and go to the bathroom and change if he need to. He only woke us up 2 times and then he did the rest himself....which wasn't many more times before he had it mastered! After just a few weeks he asked if he could stop wearing it because he thought he would be just fine. And he was! It's been about 2 1/2 months and we haven't had any accidents... Thanks!!

This worked great. Wish I would have used it much sooner. The alarm scared her the first night because we didn't show her what it did. Once we got through that she was up on her own on the fifth day. Hasn't had a mistake in 4 months.

We went into this with a positive attitude...but not sure it could work. I appreciate the accompanying booklet that helped set our expectations appropriately. When we started, I camped out on an air mattress next to his bed. This was great because it took him a while to figure out what to do when the alarm went off. Most mornings, he didn't have any recollection that we were up twice when the alarm went off! It took our 7 yr. old about 11 weeks and now he's dry every night! As a childhood bed wetter myself, I'm so grateful we could take care of this before he started sleepovers and campouts! He's so proud of himself!

I NEVER write reviews for products, but I feel so strongly about this one that I just had to. THIS PRODUCT WORKS! My 5 year old has worn goodnights for the past how many years. We have tried limiting his fluid intake, waking him up at night, wearing underwear in case the pull up was making him lazy and nothing worked, until we got this alarm. After a friend of mine told me about this and I read all the great reviews, we decided to give this a try. It has just been a little over 2 weeks since we began using this product and my son is already on day 5 of being dry. The first week he would have an alarm during the night, but with each alarm it got a little bit later each time and the amount of wetness would be a little less until one morning I woke up and realized there had not been any alarms!! It has been such an easy process for us and my son is so proud to be wearing underwear to bed finally! I would strongly recommend this to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

This helped my son stop wetting almost right away (within a week or so) but he still has streaks of wetting occasionally (if he wets two or three nights in a row - without the alarm - then I want him to start using the alarm again) but it no longer works! I tried new batteries and that is not the problem. So I spent over $100 and the alarm really doesn't work anymore after about two months. That is disappointing.

This alarm works as advertised. Our 5 year old used to soak through a pull up every single night. Once he started wearing this alarm he soaked his bed once more and that was it. Beacause it goes off at the first sign of moisture, he is able to get up and go to the bathroom. We've had it for several months and he has yet to go 12 nights without any moisture but he has made 5 nights in a row. We are being very patient because he is such a sound sleeper but overall, we are very pleased with the alarm. The only change we would make is maybe to get the alarm with multiples sounds. I think on a few occasions, the single tone didn't startle him as much as it used to.

Bought for our 5 year old daughter who had been completely potty trained for years but slept so soundly that she almost never woke up dry in the morning. Within a few days of using this product she made notable progress in waking herself to go to the restroom. We purchased this product when our daughter was 8 yrs old. She had been wetting the bed every night for quite a few years and sometimes it was more than once per night. She was at the point in her life that she said enough was enough. We had tried doing the waking her up method, setting alarm method and it all never worked. Struggling with this was very upsetting to her and family members. We decided to go online and do some research in regards to bed wetting and came across this site. It took about 6 weeks but but it works. Within 3 days our 10 year old son did not have an accident at night(For the first time since he was 4). For the next four weeks he would have one about once a week. And at the end of five weeks he did not have anymore accidents. I wish we would have spent the money sooner....don't wait...if you have child struggling with this issue get one.

I purchased the Malem Ultimate Alarm for my 9 year old son. Under medical advice, we had tried medications, adjusted evening routines, and waited for him to "outgrow" bedwetting. As the youngest of three and a social butterfly, my son's self-esteem plummeted.
