Our son was eager to use the alarm and excited to put it on every night. He really felt great once he started waking up on his own. He's now so happy to be able to say, "I used to wet the bed, but I don't anymore". It took about 6-8 weeks to be completely dry, consistently. The only thing we didn't expect was that it would take so long to work. The information led us to believe it would be sooner.

This product seems to be working. Since we got it about a month ago our son has only wet the bed two or three times. However just last night he didn't wear it and wet the bed. It seems that it is the fear of being woken in the night by the alarm that keeps him dry. He goes to sleep on edge waiting for the alarm to go off. That keeps him from sleeping too deeply and therefore he doesn't wet the bed. But again take that fear away and he goes into that deep sleep mode and it happens again. We will keep trying though. It's worth the dry nights even if he has to wear it forever. :)

Our child 10 was wetting the bed every night. Within the first week she was down to 3 nights and by the end of the 2nd week she had stopped completely. Our 7 year old was wetting the bed 5 out of 7 nights and within the first week stopped. Both girls have now been dry for over 2 weeks.

This product works exactly as described. I should have purchased much sooner but I wasn't sure if this was the solution. It is! I bought it in camo for my son. He is so proud of himself and his newfound independence and dryness. Great product and technique for children needing to learn to stay dry at night. It is worth the effort and the price, I promise!

Love the multiple tones. My son was able to sleep through one of them, so I selected one that woke him up. First two weeks were really hard on all of us, but don't give up. It really works. We are on week 4 and are having mostly dry nights! I wish I would have tried this sooner.

this product is amazing my son thats nine years old used to get up with a heavy heavy pull up i thought he will never get trained for at night not possible i got this malem machine in no time my son woke up dry dry give it about 4 weeks it took less than that.

This device quickly helped my techie nine year old son. It only took a couple of times for the alarm to go off and now he either wakes up to use the restroom at night or sleeps through the night and stays dry.

We were thrilled with this alarm. It worked just as advertised and we have had great success. However we are in the 5th week and the alarm is not making the sound it did when we first got it. I changed the battery and that didn't help. I tried to set it to one of the other sound options and it is just stuck on the one sound. The light doesn't work anymore either. I am dissapointed because I paid for the most expensive one because of the optional settings and none of them work. Not sure of the quality of this but it could be I just got a bad one. However, the alarm PROCESS is awesome. I honestly have not tried to have the company replace it or anything (since we just noticed the problem last night) so I can't say anything on the customer service front in regards to complaints or returns. I still think I would try this alarm again. Or maybe the less expensive one.

We ordered this as a last resort and at the recommendation of a friend. We tried to use it exactly the way it was intended to, but after a few weeks, our daughter was frightened awake every night. Subsequently, we used it as a fail safe in case we didn't get her up in time to go to the bathroom at night. Eventually, we tried to go back to the way it was supposed to be used and found that she stopped wetting the bed completely. I think the alarm scared her brain into not wetting at night. So, in the end, it worked! It took about 2 months, but it worked, and our daughter is so happy and confident about it. She had never had more than one dry night here and there since she was potty trained over three years ago. Now she can go to sleepovers and not have to worry about wearing a pull up. We are completely satified and have recommended it to other parents. Thanks!

I'm not really sure how to rate this. We have had issues with our 7 year old daughter being an intermittent bed wetter. This summer she was dry almost every night. When school started, it got progressively worse again. I called to ask if this would work and the person I talked to said it does work in that situation so I bought it. It seemed to work almost immediately. That night she was dry and the next several nights after being wet almost every night for 2 weeks and once or twice a week for the two months before that. The alarm has only gone off for us about 4 times since we bought it. I'm not sure if just having it on has made her more aware of the situation (which is worth the money alone) or if she just finally has outgrown it. The alarm did wake her, and us up when it went off. I just don't know for sure if the alarm should get the credit for her being dry, in our situation. However, she's been dry for about 3 weeks now and we are all happy.

My six-year-old used to wet the bed every night. The first week she used this alarm, she wet the bed 8 times. The fifth week she used this alarm, she did not wet the bed once. I had no idea it would be so effective. I used this alarm in conjunction with Seven Steps to Nighttime Dryness by Renee Mercer and it worked amazingly well. I liked that the alarm came in a kid-friendly color - my daughter was much more likely to use it because it was pink. It was easy to attach and it worked reliably. I liked that there were multiple alarms to choose from - we ended up using just one of them, but my daughter listened to all of them and picked out the one she liked best, and that helped her feel more comfortable with the alarm. The alarm is loud, but not so loud that it wakes my other children. I don't think the alarm could safely be any louder than it is, but I had difficulty hearing it from my room. I ended up putting a baby monitor in my daughter's room so I could hear the alarm more easily and that worked great.

This alarm really works! I was skeptical but it has happily proved me wrong. My daughter is more confident now that she has the alarm to help wake her up. Even though there is only one alarm sound it doesn't matter; my daughter wakes up whenever it goes off.
