PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: My 10 1/2 year old daughter had never been dry at night until we tried the Malem alarm. She was excited to start using it and it was very user friendly and easy. She was still wet the first 3 nights and on the 4th she was dry. Wet again the next and then dry for the next several nights. After two weeks of being dry, she asked not to wear a pull up over her underwear & I reluctantly agreed. She has been dry every night since and that was 3 months ago. Because she was a very hard sleeper, I was worried the alarm would not wake her, but it did. I only wish we tried this product years ago. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Thank you! Great product. Wasn't sure what I thought of it before I got it, but I am so grateful that I bought it!!!! |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: We had the product for one week - the first time it got wet it did not work - I tried to reach ANYONE to ask for a replacement - it is out of the United States and I NEVER heard back. It was a waste of over $100.00 and I was very disappointed as was my son. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: I read all the reviews and comments before buying the alarm and then read the book that I bought along with the alarm. My 7yo daughter had secondary bed wetting for the last year and a half and we dealt with it by waking her to pee every night around the same time. Obviously not a permanent solution! We used the alarm diligently and according to the advice. Most importantly, we kept doing it and tried to understand what constiuted 'progress' even when she was still wetting the bed. After about 2 weeks she could go a few nights in a row with wetting in her bed (she would wake before the alarm) or just wet the bed slightly. In weeks 4 and 5 we went 14 nights in a row dry and then we did two weeks of every other. That was 2 weeks ago. One night she went the bed, but that was just once. Now she either doesn't go at all during the night and holds it til the morning or wakes herself up to go. One simple piece of advice which we followed carefully was to have her pee once when she was doing her teeth, putting, pjs on, etc and then once more right before the lights went off. We did this with our 4yo son who was still in a sleep diaper and guess what...he's now dry all night and not in a diaper. This is a great production and strategy. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: My son is seven, and he used to wet his bed every night. He selected the camouflage design. He's been using this for a couple of months so far. Other than a few nights when he pulled off the sensor, it has kept him dry every night. At first the alarm woke him two to three times each night. Now he's down to zero or one time per night. There have even been some nights when he woke to use the bathroom without the alarm. Once we have a string of dry nights in a row without the alarm sounding, we'll all be psyched! |

CONS BEST USES Comments: Our five year old has wanted to wear big boy pants to bed for a long time. He had soaked a Good Nites 'diaper' every night and even through quite often. We wanted so bad to help him accomplish this so he could be like other friends his age. We took him to a urologist and he recommended trying an alarm system. Our son was so excited to get it. I am glad that they do not recommend limiting liquids because our son is a big drinker, so I was fearful he would be trained against his natural bodily instincts. Without changing his habits, we saw marked improvements within 3 weeks. He has been staying dry for over month even when he has been extrememly tired since we have a newborn in the house now. We are so proud of him, but more importantly, he is so proud to be able to wear his boxers to bed without fear of wetting the bed. Incredible! We have recommended it to friends and definately will keep to it so that our newborn son can use it when he needs to be trained. Thanks for making a tool that has made this experience successful! |

PROS
CONS BEST USES Comments: Our 6 year old son had to wear pull-ups every night, and nothing we tried seemed to stop his night time bedwetting. It was frustrating to him and to us, and embarrassing for him as well. Our pediatrician suggested this, and after about 10 days, he had his first dry night. It was hit or miss for a couple of weeks, but within less than a month, he was dry every night and hasn't had an accident in several months. While the alarm scared us to death the first few nights it went off, it was very effective and well worth the money. |

BEST USES Comments: We used this product for a 9 year old girl who wet every night. Once I understood how the product worked and how to use it, we started seeing positive results within 2 weeks. In our case we experienced no bedwetting within 2 1/2 months. It has made a positive impact on the child's self esteem. |

CONS BEST USES Comments: My son is more than 7 and he had the problem. And 2 years of taking medicines and visiting doctors were in wain. In 1,5 months we stopped attaching the device while sleeping. So my son has been sleeping without any problems for 2,5 months. Thanks a lot for this device. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: We tried this on our 7 year old son who has never been continent at night. At first he was really excited about it but after just two nights, he lost interest and hated waking up. We had him sleep in my bed each night so I could help him turn off the alarm and get him to the bathroom in time. I didn't get much sleep the week we tried it and neither did our son. Everytime the alarm went off, he would ignore it and continue to void in his pants. School started up and we were afraid that he would be too sleepy at school so we have put the alarm on the back burner until either winter break or summer break. I still have hopes that it will work however I don't recommend trying it unless the child can tolerate sleepless nights. |

BEST USES Comments: Our son is 8 and still was wetting the bed. After having to hide a overnight diaper at a sleepover we decided we couldn't continue to wait for him to grow out of it as the doctor suggested. The initial instructions were not as clear as I would have liked and it would have helped to have a little more info about the process. However it worked and it's been great. Almost as soon as he started using it he reduced the number of times he wet the bed. I think the knowledge of the alarm mentally prepared him. He had some relapses but after 5 months we are good. We'll be trying this with our other son when he turns 6. It helps them get control |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: We used the alarm religiously for about 2 months. We framed the alarm in a really positive way - and never forgot to put the alarm on at night. It took about 2 months, but our son has not wet the bed in over one month. We have discontinued using the alarm and he is not wetting the bed. Recommend this product highly. Our son was wetting the bed each night before the alarm and now does not. Not sure the exact reason why this worked (emotionally, physically) but the alarm was highly effective for our son. Our son is 6 years old. |

BEST USES Comments: My 7 year old daughter's doctor recommended a bed wetting alarm. That was 4 months ago. My daughter has only had one accident in the 4 months. She is so happy to be out of pull-ups and dry every morning. The sensor was very easy to attach to underwear and did not interfere with sleeping. Wish we would have tried the alarm sooner. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: I think this alarm functions well, given what it's advertised to do. However, my son is such a deep sleeper that he never started waking up to the sound of the alarm or vibration (despite being pinned on his shirt next his ear). We've stopped using it and are back to pull ups. |
