THIS PRODUCT REALLY WORKS! MY DAUGHTER HAS WET HER BED EVERY NIGHT FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS (SINCE SHE WAS BORN) AFTER USING THE ALARM FOR 1 WEEK, SHE HAS NOT WET THE BED IN OVER 2 WEEKS.

The alarm has been working well for our 5YO son in that when it goes off, he stops peeing. His underpants is damp but the PJs and bed stay dry. This has been the case since night one. (Unlike massive wetting pre-alarm.) The program states most kids take about 12 weeks and we're half way through without much change from the first night. I am hopeful since the alarm has stopped the urine flow and the need for daily laundry or diapers. Please note that with young kids, parental assistance is needed so you, the parent, also need to hear the alarm. Our bedroom is down the hallway so the system with the wireless receiver might have been the better choice for us. (hint 1) When the battery started to die at about week 5, we didn't hear the alarm and neither did our son so laundry was in order that AM. We didn't realize it was the battery until a few nights later so have extra batteries if it goes a few weeks. (hint 2) Lastly, the alarm is stopping my son from peeing but is no longer motivating him to get out of bed so parental assist is needed more than ever. I'm wondering if the multi-sound alarm would be have been the better choice. (sorta hint 3)

My 6 year old daughter was embarrassed about needing to use pull ups and I told her about the alarm. Her pediatrician had told me about it before, but said to wait until she was ready. The package arrived in a timely manner and my daughter was actually excited about it! We opened it up and she wanted to go to bed right away. It also came with a book, that I honestly did not read. I skimmed it, but I haven't been able to sit down and read it. We set up her bed with the bed covers that I also bought. These saved me a lot of sheet washing. I had read in previous reviews that parents need to have a baby monitor to hear the alarm, and they were right. I'm glad I still had mine. I was able to help my daughter get to the bathroom up to four times a night when we first started. By the time she was sleeping dry through the night, I was super tired, but thankful! It took about four weeks to work for my daughter. She is still very proud that she stays dry. We keep using the mattress covers for a "just in case". But those will be gone soon. She has been dry every night for a week now!

I was really excited about getting the malen alarm for my seven year old, who was wetting every night. When we first started using the alarm, it worked very well and woke her and myself up on a consistent bases. She is now only having accidents a couple of times a week. The problem is that I have to put new batteries in the alarm all the time. I have had the alarm for about 5 weeks and have had to change the batteries 4 times, which is now getting expense. I am still glad to use it, but it is frustrating that we have to keep changing the batteries.

We have been using the alarm now for close to 1-1/2 months on my 7 year old daughter. The nightly bedwetting has now decreased to 2-3 times per week and it is never a full bedwetting. The second she begins to wet the bed, the alarm immediately sounds and she stops wetting immediately. At most, there is a drop or two in her underwear. I am very optimistic this device is going to work. No matter how long it takes, we will continue to hang in there until we reach complete dryness!

We only had three minor 'accidents' within the first few days of use, and then my child was trained. I was shocked, to say the least. It's been 4 months, and I don't know that my child recalls the time when he wore pull-ups to bed. He now can spend the night with friends!

I bought this kit becasue we had tried so many things to no avail. I was a bit nervous as the price seemed like a lot to just "try" another thing. I'm happy to say, it provided everything we needed to be successful. The book had great advice, guidance and step by step directions. It helped set the right expectations for all of us and we followed it all straight to success. The first week was the hardest for us to wake up, and help our son, but just like the book said, stick with it. After that, our son was able to wake up and manage the alarm alone. I would recommend this product to any parent that feels they have tried everything. Make the investment and free yourself and your child.

Within three weeks, my son's bed wetting was over. I did not want to put my 7 year old on medicine for bed wetting, so when our doctor suggested this I tried it. Thrilled with the results! I followed the directions and now my son is dry every morning.

Bought this for my seven year old daughter. After the first week she was able to wake up to the alarm, change clothes, and put the alarm back on by herself. It took the expected three months following the book's suggested time, but the last month she wore it she was completely dry. It is a little tricky to put on and fasten in place, particularly for a child. Our only issue was when it malfunctioned and woke us up one time when she was not wet. We couldn't turn it off until removing the battery; however, once it was cleaned thoroughly (also difficult to do)it worked fine again.

My 5 1/2 year old son was fully trained,yet he wet the bed every night. I would buy pull ups weekly or be up every night changing sheets. The worst was the embarrassment for him. I had heard about alarms but was leery of them due to the price. After checking out Bed wetting store.com - I figured, why not? I can tell you this alarm system worked great. At first he wet a few times, but the alarm woke him...so it was a minor clean up and he would empty his bladder in the toilet. Then within a few days he started sleeping through the night without urinating at all. Truly amazing product...saved me time, money (in the long run) and my son an embarrassing situation. I would recommend it to anyone who has a deep sleeper and wets in their sleep. I will be using this again for his younger siblings within a year!!

My daughter was 5 years old fully trained yet wetting almost every night and sleeping through it. Pull ups made it worse and just underwear just made her wet until she woke hours after she would urinate. This alarm system worked great. At first she did would sleep through the alarm so I would help her wake and finish urinating on the potty. Than with in days she would sleep through without urinating or wake to urinate. Now I don't even have to watch how much she drinks at night because this alarn trained her brain to hold it in or wake to urinate. I would recommen it to anyone who has a deep sleeper and wets in her sleep. IT REALLY WORKS!

My son still sleeps like the dead but at least now he can hold his urine. He has woken up one time in the night to go to the bathroom and that NEVER would have happened before purchasing our alarm! He is so proud of himself and it was definitely the best investment we could make for our son and our family.It took less than 6 months from start to finish for our son to go from wetting the bed every night to "pee-free" nights!

My son has struggled with bed wetting and was starting 5th grade this year. I thought he would outgrow it but he was complaining about it and really was motivated to stop. My husband and I were starting to become worried and knew it was affecting his self esteem. This product was well worth the money and time to use it. The alarm is very loud and really woke him quickly every time. He would be in almost a sleep coma sometimes, but he did manage to wake up and go to the bathroom. After several weeks (6-8) the wetting became less and less and he would start to wake on his own. It is sort of a type of conditioning and teaching self awareness. He hasn't used it in several weeks and I always feel comforted that if he starts to wet again he can just put it back on to recondition himself. I am glad we bought this for him and it has relieved all of us that he is dry now. No more pull-ups or wet sheets and embarrassment!
