The Easy-Clip sensor has the advantage of being able to clip and anchor to the outside of any close fitting underwear for boys or girls. One Easy-Clip sensor is included with each new Malem alarm, but you can purchase additional sensors here if you have damaged or misplaced the original - or just… More

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Our first easy-clip sensor broke because at the time my son was younger and he would just pull it off instead of unclipping it. Inevitably it ended up breaking. The new one is perfect and he's learned to unclip it now that he's 6 1/2 yrs old. This alarm is the best holistic way to help your child end their bed wetting. PLEASE try this with your child before resorting to medications. |

Comments: Simply clips onto underwear and plugs into alarm that is attached to pajama shirt. We bought this as a replacement when our first one got chewed on by our dog. Very durable and well worth every penny. Malem bed-wetting alarm has been a true life-saver for us with all 3 of our boys over the past several years. Would highly reccomend this to anyone that is having an issue with bed-wetting. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: we use this every day, the kids have each taken a turn. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: I wasn't pleased when I had to buy a replacement sensor for the alarm. The replacement part seems just as "sturdy" as the original, hopefully it will last longer than the 3 months we used the initial part. One thing that my child says is an issue, is that when it goes off and the sensor is activated, it continues to go off even after being removed from the wet pants. It is difficult to dry. It is easy to clip on and remove- which actually proves to be a negative in our case since my child can do it in his sleep. Overall, the experience with the alarm has been disappointing. We are going on 8 months of nightly use with absolutely NO improvement of the issue. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: This alarm works very well- vibrate and multiple sounds- gets my very sound sleeper up. My only issue is that it is easy to break off the sensor. Sometimes he is half asleep and will pull on it to make it stop- the sensor clips breaks off and we have to buy a new one. The sensor is attached to a cord like an old phone cord- it's a small piece of plastic that clips into the alarm. It is very easy to break. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: This worked for us, but the reason we were buying just the sensor is that the sensor that came with the alarm broke (the clip that flips back and forth snapped off), and we were past the warranty. But the new sensor has been fine so far. It's easy to use and has worked to stop night time accidents. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Works great but the clear end clip part has broken two times now and I am not wanting to pay for this part again. That is my only complaint-dissappointed. |

BEST USES Comments: Bought alarm on ebay could not afford on sight. Sensor costly for something that did not work well. We decided to wake him up 4 hours after he went to bed and he has one accident every other week or so. That did not cost me anything and he's happier!! My water bill is cheaper and he's doing better.. |

CONS
BEST USES Comments: We had to replace the clip on our alarm since it stopped working properly after 4 months. Unfortunately, my child is taking a long time and still needs to use the alarm, and have us help to wake him many nights, and we have been using it for 7 months now. It definitely has helped (no more soaked beds) but he still has a way to go. I am afraid we may need another before we are done. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: I bought the Ultimate Malen alarm for my son and it was very effective! I used the same alarm for his younger sister, but it took a little more time for her to learn to stay dry. I have had to replace the sensor because the jack that plugs into the Malen broke. I don't think it is the fault of the product and more from my daughter attempting to turn off the alarm when it signaled by trying to separate the sensor from the alarm. I wish I had purchased two, because the replacement sensor broke also. [...] |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: False alarms, my son hasn't even gone to bed and alarm went off and he was completely dry. We let it sit the entire day and even blow dried the sensor and it still goes off. I've only had the replacement sensor for a month. Used the old broken one and alarm works fine. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: The alarm was loud enough for us all to hear, even the deepest sleeper. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: We have purchased several replacement clips since our son started using his alarm. The alarm is great. Although it has not completely resolved his extremely deep sleeping resulting in enuresis, it has certainly helped, especially in laundry reduction. The clips are very easy for him to use however, they are not very easy to clean thoroughly. If any residue or corrosion occurs, it can affect the function of the alarm. We have also had a problem with the plastic cracking at the clip lever. The clip is necessary with the alarm so we will continue to purchase replacements as needed. |

PROS
CONS BEST USES Comments: We bought this to replace one that broke. Very nice to be able to replace just this piece. Now that my son doesn't "fidget" with it, I don't think we'll break it again. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: We've used both the basic Malem alarm and now the vibrating/multi-tone alarm. For kids who take longer to train, the munti-tone alarm is great. They don't get used to one tone and can't block them out as easily. |
