This seems to be the ONLY product that can eliminate cat urine smell. The only problem is that the bottle's spray top does not thread properly to the bottle itself. This causes the pump to come off when spraying and the product drips all over your hand! Guess they had to cut corners somehow?!? I may order the gallon jug and use my own spray bottle.

I used the product to remove the odor of dog urine from concrete. Works great! Dogs no longer urinate in the treated area :0) I wish the product cost a little less or that a larger quantity was available. I am thrilled that this product works, I am a reformed skeptic!

I have a 5 year old boy who thinks it is funny or sneaky to go on the bathroom floor or in the trashcan. I have used Odorzyme effectively to neurtalize the odor on our porous floor tile. Works great!!

A powder room with wood floors and boys with poor aim suddenly generated a terrible smell. Clearly the urine had soaked the wood and it's crevices and the regular cleaning products were not effective at all (even Clorox). We sprayed the area for a few days, let it dry and quickly the odor was gone. This product is made with natural plant products and the scent if very pleasant and mild.

Great on something that has sat a couple days without being washed - takes odor away even better than bleach without the risks of using bleach. However, I tried using it on dish cloths with mildew odors, as that is a labeled use, but it doesn't work as well.

If you wait until a lot of urine has accumulated, it takes many, many applications before the smell is eliminated. For a chronic problem, it's important to use a sealer and to repeat sealing before there's a chance of penetration.

I use this product in my basement which has a concrete floor where my dogs unfortunately use this to pee. As long as you can keep your animals away from this until it dries, it will work. My dogs will not pee where I spray, but they will pee around it. Will be buying more bottles when my dogs are away to give it enough time to seep into the concrete.

i used this on a 25 yr old parkay floor that was glued down. The floor was never stripped and rewaxed. The dog urinated on one spot multiple times and I could not get the odor out. I sprayed one application of odorzyme and had no more odor. I was not worried about the staining problems because we are putting laminate down on top but did not want to have lingering odor after the laminate was down. I sprayed the product on the floor and let it set until it dried. I am very happy with the results

I was very disappointed in this product, especially after all the rave reviews. It made my stains show up more, they got bigger, and now I can't do anything about it. Be careful if you try this product.

Definitely removes odors and doesn't just cover them up. You must wait for the product to dry before placing anything on area - which is pretty standard for any odor remover it is just inconvenient if you are in a hurry. I definitely would recommend this product.
