PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: I purchased a pair for my 5 year old son who is in Kindergarden. He has problems getting to the bathroom on time. He generally goes through 2-3 outfits a day because of it. He LOVES the brief because no one knows when he has an accident. I would highly recommend them. Just remember to purchase a size bigger than you need. |

Comments: These definately worked for my 8 year old son. The stle and material are wonderful, the sizing, not so much. It says for a 12 year old, but they gave my son plumber's crack. We still used them because there wasn't an alternative. They worked great and washed well. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: got the size XL for my 8 year old son, who usually wears a size 12. These run small, and give him a bit of plumbers crack. Was going to go to an adult size but doesn't seem as nice... |

Comments: Works very well for my 6 year old son who started Kindergarten. Contains the occasional minor accident when he doesn't make it to the potty in time. My son is slender and the sizing of these briefs is very strange. They are cut quite low, which is somewhat uncomfortable for him. I ordered a size up which helps a bit, but with the bigger size they are still a bit low with a gaping waist. The fit does not run like the picture (a true brief style). They appear more like bikini underwear. |

Comments: It is a nice brief during the day, however, the fabric is 100% cotton and not pre-shrunk. If you use them everyday and live in a wet climate they don't air dry in 24hrs. If you put them in the dryer on low after a several drying they do shrink. The other con is that it doesn't wick away the moisture. If there is a lot of urine all day in the brief the tendency is to get a rash. But it does give my 8 yr old more confidence in public. |

Comments: My son is no longer embarrassed by minor accidents at school. The absorbent lining in between the soft cloth keeps in accidents and allows him to have his dignity. The other little boys have no idea he is wearing underpants with a protective lining and neither does he. We love this!! |

Comments: We have a 10 year old with Down syndrome and while he has stayed dry at night for years, he still has trouble during the day getting to the toilet on time. These are perfect to hide any wet spot that he may get so that he can at least maintain a dry appearance. |

Comments: My son is 11 and has special needs. I use them for night toilet training. The bed still gets soaked, but not as much as regular underwear. It's helping to toilet train him! :) |

Comments: My 7 year old refuses to stop what he is doing to go to the bathroom (also has sensory integration, hypotonia). These will contain small amounts of liquid without soaking through his clothes. However, he said they make him feel awkward because of the thickness. Also, he is very little, 40 pounds on a good day. I ordered a size up as recommended b/c of other reviews and should not have done so. The sizes are ample. I did not feel that the underwear ran small. Do not use these at night...I put these on him b/c we were out of pullups one night and we were completely soaked the next morning. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: I have an extremely small, skinny son and these were tight on him even with me measuring his waist and using the chart to decide which size to order. The briefs help with his bladder spasms because it is just a very small amount that may leak but with regular briefs it still "leaves a mark" for all to see. With these he is able to make it to the restroom and no one else knows what has happened. |

PROS
CONS BEST USES Comments: My son loves to wear these to school as he has trouble with wetting a little bit without realizing it. The only downside is they are a bit bulky and expensive. |
