I bought this for my 8 year old, who has never been able to hold his bladder through out the night. First, it was very tight. Second, it did no better then a Goodnight pull-up. The whole thing was wet, and so were my sons sheets. What a waste of money!

My son used to go trough 4-5 diapers a nite at age 13! Also he wet his pants at school sometimes but now hes always dry and NO MORE DIAPERS OR WASHING SHEETS! Have saved allot of time and money.

We use these underpants for my son who is struggling with encopresis. They're great because they offer the look and feel of regular underpants so that my son isn't embarrassed to wear them, but also afford excellent protection from accidents. As other reviewers have mentioned they do run quite small in size, I would suggest ordering one or even two sizes above what you regularly buy to allow for the fit difference and also be sure to air dry or dry on low/delicate for a short period of time in the dryer. Overall, a great product and a lifesaver for us.

My son was having issues with potty training at school. Many times his accidents were minor but enough to cause embarrassment. These underpants are perfect - they look like regular underwear to the other little boys in the bathroom, but have a protective liner in between that keeps the minor accidents hidden. We love this product!!

I bought 2 of these for my 10 year old son to wear over his pull-up at night. I was highly disappointed that the vinyl inner lining did not go all the way around the brief. The vinyl inner lining was only in the front and back. The sides of the brief have no vinyl so the urine leaks through the sides wetting the cotton.

We use these on my 7 year old son. When he wets at night wearing these, his bedding stays mostly dry. They contain accidents during the day, too. Would love to see pull-apart sides to make changing dirty pants a little easier

hje still needs to wear a overnight diaper with these pants. It seems that they are made to short and do not reach his waist, also the waist line is to wide. there should be elastic on the waist line.

These have save me. I don't have to wash sheets every night. My son would wet thru two pull ups every night and STILL wet his bed. Now he wears this over 1 pull up and I never have wet sheets now. And my son loves them. They look and feel like underwear.

We are using these to have our 7 year old stay dry thru the night. He likes that they are not "diapers". I like that he really feels the wetness and has woken up on his own to change his pants and use the bathroom before going back to bed without my having to wake up. However, if I forget to set my 3am alarm to take him to the potty and he does not wake on his own then we have quite a flood. Not the products fault just mine.

This is a brilliant concept - a waterproof pant that looks like any other. Personally I'd trade the discretion for practicality so the outer layer goes inside to increase absorbency.

I wonder if they are made on a size scale other than American? I was excited about using them, but was sadly disappointed when they were way too small.

My 8 yr old son loved these. Very comfortable, very good quality - although expensive, very worth it. One con besides the high dollar - they did shrink a little, so order the next size larger if you are on the border with waist sizes.
