Comments: Our son uses the pants in combination with an alarm at night. He wears them over his briefs. If the alarm fails to wake him in time for him to make it to the bathroom, the pants work very well and usually prevents the several loads of laundry that was common in the past. The pants are not bulky or noisy like many disposables so they allow him the protection without the fear of others noticing that he is wearing them. They have also stood up well to washing and repeated use. The pants do seem to run quite small. I started with a youth size that he normally wears and had to return it and go up to an adult small. When I ordered more because we were happy with them I went with an adult med. He is a little husky but still wears youth sizes in regular clothes. Overall we are very happy with the product. |

CONS BEST USES Comments: Your product is great for everyday use with light incontinence. Your size rating is off,a 32-34 waist after washing shrinks to a childs size. It would be great if you had this product in different colors. |

BEST USES Comments: Reviews for this product were fairly good. My experience is that they leak, and leak a lot. I bought these for my son and they are not at all what they are cracked up to be. They are bulky, too small, uncomfortable....and on top of all that they just don't work. He has worn these with a pad, breif, and pull up ~ bottom line is they are worthless[...] |

Comments: I ordered size Large for a size 37 inch waist. It was extremely tight when tried to be used with a disposable undergarment. Have no idea if it can be used in this way. More info would be a help |

Comments: I wear instead of regular underpants. I call them "safety pants". Almost never need the moisture proof protection. (Did you ever experience a tiny fart that wasn't?) They keep my slacks fresh. (Perspiration is adsorbed and does not set wrinkles. And did you ever find skid marks on your underpants or slacks?)They really look "normal". I am not concerned when changing in the men's locker room. When you order, keep comments regarding sizing in mind. I normally wear 35" so I ordered 36-38. They were too small. [...] |

Comments: These pants have really increased the quality of life for my son. He can now go to sleep overs, school, trips and participate in other social activities without fear. They are still a bit bulky and rustle a bit, but I'm sure with new advances in plastic, this will improve. I even sent a pair to my son's doctor so she could share with her other patients. |

Comments: Very nice waterproof pants. Comfortable to wear and discrete. No noise. Must be made overseas because the sizing chart seems way off. Order next larger size to what would be your correct waist size on the chart. |

Comments: Wear a disposable or reusable light weight diaper under these daytime and feel confident you won't leak. These vinyl pants are discrete and quiet and look like rgular underwear, except they are designed like a waterproof panty. |

PROS
CONS
BEST USES Comments: Don't trust the size chart. I have a 33" waist (in fact, my one pair of 34" jeans are quite loose around my waist), but the small size of these briefs is definitely too small for me. I can barely get them on! That said, they appear to be made well, they are soft, and though they do crinkle when you pick them up and handle them, they don't make any noise when you move around while actually wearing them. One word of caution, though: the vinyl inner layer does not reach all the way around the sides, leaving about a two-inch stripe on each side where there are only the two cloth layers but no vinyl layer. As such, I wouldn't recommend sleeping in these unless you only sleep on your back or stomach but not on your side. |
