Small, compact alarm works very well. Easy to attach to my 6-year-old daughter's clothing at night. We have used it since the beginning of September, and she started having her first dry nights last week. We are so pleased, and she is so proud of herself. At the beginning, we had lots of wet nights. Decided to use training pants over her underwear to keep the cleanup to a minimum. Still worked great without the mess! The only drawback to the product is the way it attaches to her clothing. It's only safety pinned at the top, so it flops around a little while she is sleeping. Otherwise, a great product!

Our daughter was very close to her 11th birthday when we bought the alarm. We weren't sure that we wanted to use it. Two weeks into the alarm - she stayed dry. In one month we went from wetting every night - sometimes "flooding" the bed (with a nightime diaper!) to DRY! We have only had two times where she wets her underware, but wakes and finishes in the bathroom. I think that she did so well because she was older and had a great desire to be done with bed wetting! We would highly suggest the alarm to anyone, anytime!

This has been an answer to our prayers! Our daughter is 7 and used to wet the bed 6 out of 7 nights. It was a nightmare. She was embarrased and it was such a pain changing the sheets every night, some times two or three times a night. We took her to a specialist who said that we should try an alarm. I was skeptical and thought it would probably be a waste of money. Boy was I wrong. She started out rocky and I wanted to give up after the second night but read in the book not to give up. It took only three weeks and she is done wetting the bed. I can't say enough good about this product. The greatest purchase I have ever made.

This seems to be helping our HEAVY sleeper overcome bedwetting. The fact that it clips straight onto his underwear sets off the alarm at the first drop and I think that helps more than some of the mat-type alarms.

We have the Malem alarm that provides 8 different sounds. While we like the variety to keep our child on his toes, we would prefer if we had a choice in which sound(s) to use. Instead, the product just cycles through all of them. Once the alarm sounds and the sensor is removed, the button on the main component needs to be pushed to turn off noise. This is very difficult to do, especially at night by very sleepy child. Button should be more forgiving, especially since two step process already in place (removing sensor from underpants by opening clip, then pushing button).

Having the book to read made this a very easy system to use. I'd definitely recommend purchasing the complete kit vs. the alarm alone.

I don't know if this is usual, but, it only took 8 days to potty train my grandson! I didn't have time to read the book! We had 3 very wet nights and 3 nights he woke up right away and avoided an accident. He has been totally dry for 3 weeks now! I involved him in the process and he was excited to try. His mother tried all summer with the waking him in the night routine with no success. Thanks a bunch for a GREAT product.

I have used your alarm on 3 of my children. Two of them quit wetting in one week, including my daughter who has Cerebal Palsy (I wasn't even sure it was possible for her to learn). The third one was younger and took another week or two. We love the alarms and highly recommend them!

My daughter started by going potty when the alarm sounded, then the next few night only a little until eventually her body learned to wake up on its own! She is 8 and half and we tried everything else, this worked just like they said it would. About to put it on my 5 and a half year old in a couple days. I really like, too, not limiting thier fluids and not waking them up in the middle of the night, none of that stuff produces consistent results!! Great product!

Our son is 7 and was more than ready to claim this victory. We let him put the alarm on each night and made it his responsibility. After just 2 weeks of using the alarm he was having dry nights. After another 3 weeks of using the alarm and no accidents we put the alarm up. It has been 2 months and he hasn't had a wet night. This is a wonderful product!

Our doctor recommended this product to us. Within two weeks we were only waking up about once a week and by the end of week three we were no longer wearing the alarm. We have not had an accident for over three weeks since we stopped wearing the alarm. This is a great product and would highly recommend this to anyone that has a bed wetter.

When I read the testimonials, I was very hesitant -- were they really true? Would this work for my 7 year-old son who had been dry at night only a few times in his life? Well, he began using the product 8/6/09 and now (9/15/09) he is dry all the time without the alarm! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The first 2 weeks are the most tiring as you do need to assist, but well worth the investment of time & money for the alarm.
