This product was great! Our 7 1/2 year old daughter had never gotten through the night dry, and regularly woke with saturated and heavy pull ups/good nights. The first night, the alarm woke us 3 times. The next night, only once. By the second week she started having dry nights and our daughter was thrilled to put huge smiley faces on her chart! :) The book included really helpful information, plus the extra pads helped. The hard device and the cord looked uncomfortable, but she never complained. The alarm never woke her, so maybe louder or multiple sounds would have helped, but she may be too sound a sleeper, regardless. Expensive product, but worth every penny!

Our first alarm the buzzer quick working. I had to pay to mail it to the company. This was very frustrating; we were 6 weeks into treatment and just been starting to get a dry night here and there. They couldn't fix it so they did send a replacement. The clip to put the sensor in had broken earlier so when they were fixing it I paid to get a new sensor. So a few weeks later we had to start treatment all over again. My son was so upset. The new alarm works but started to not shut off once it got wet no matter how well you dried it. I tried cleaning the sensor twice. The second time the sensor fell off of the wire, so here I am replacing the sensor again and having to have a pause in treatment when again we were starting to get some dry nights. I'm going to order two sensors but they're realitively expensive. Overall I'm very frustrated with the whole expirence but will keep trying because my son really wants to quit wetting the bed and meds haven't worked for us. Oh, battery life is aweful. There is no signal to let you know when the batteries need to be changed until it quits working.

after 1 1/2 weeks our daughter did not trigger the alarm at night- she has been dry for one month now and is very happy. She is looking forward to slumber parties now. The pads were very helpful because most nights we just had to change the pad. I placed the waterproof pad under the sheet now as "insurance"

The alarm worked well and woke my son up. He was having some success with his eneuresis. The alarm used a lot of batteries. It was expensive and stopped working suddenly after about 3 months.

My daughter wears it on the outside of her undies, with a pull up over the top. It is very sensitive to wetness, and wakes her up quickly. The alarm and vibration combo really works well. It wakes up our very heavy sleeper quite easily. The only drawback is that the alarm is sometimes hard to shut off, so we end up having to unplug/disconnect the cord from the alarm to make it stop. Pushing the little button doesn't always do the trick.

My son is almost 6 years old and has had approx 7 days dry nights in all those years. He was ready to stop and would get upset when he woke up wet every day. We used Pull-ups most nights. He had been dry in the day since 4yrs. I had tried all the usual...star charts, bribes, praise, cross-words but nothing worked and my son would be distraught every morning. I read the book from cover to cover before starting and made sure I briefed my son on what we were doing. It was hard work but we stuck at it...and he is now dry after 10 weeks! FANTASTIC! I would really recommend using the diary in the book as it is hard to see any improvements at the beginning but when you look back over the weeks you can see things ARE improving slowly - i.e the SIZE of the wetness and the AMOUNT of times wetness per night. My son is now so happy and confident. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Our child has been bedwetting forever and is a very heavy sleeper. This is the first time we went to a product -- we were a little unsure if it would work. The first few nights we had to wake him up, but after that, he woke up on his own. Now, after 5 weeks, we have had several dry nights in a row...its working as it should and our child is very excited and proud. It'll probably take us a few more weeks to go for 2 whole weeks without wetting, but we know he's up to the challenge. By the end of the summer, we are confident he will no longer be wetting his bed.

We are into our 6th week with this alarm and seeing a very noticeable improvement with our son's bedwetting. It isn't a quick fix but is absolutely working and keeps our son encouraged. We knew this would be at least a 12 week committment and it is really working.

I bought the kit and I'm glad I did. I didn't realize how helpful the book would be. I figured the alarm was good enough but after reading it I felt much more confident in the process. It walked me through step by step, what to do in every circumstance. I even bought the alarm with vibration and all the sounds thinking that my deep sleeper wouldn't ever get up, but she does everytime. I am the one that sleeps through the thing. I have started sleeping on her floor for the time being so I can help put the new mattress cover on. She'll be completely dry before we know it. At 7 she used to be VERY wet every morning and after 3 weeks she is dry at least 4 out of 7 nights. I know it's just a matter of time before she's dry every night! I wish I would have looked into these sooner. This product IS worth the money!!

This package with the alarm, pads, and book is excellent. My six year old daughter has been using the alarm for six weeks. By week three she was dry half of the nights. Week five she was completely dry. We will be working on weaning her off the alarm very soon. My daughter is very proud of herself and so are we! I have strongly recommended this alarm to my own sister for her son. I had never heard of these products previoulsy. When I was searching for a waterproof bed pad I found this system. It was an excellent investment. My five year old son can't wait for his turn to try using the alarm when my daughter finishes. My daughter was motivated but, the alarm allowed her to be successful. We had a few tired nights in the beginning with a tired, crying child in the middle of the night. Luckily, we all got through that phase soon enough. Now we're in the VERY happy phase.

My son uses the alarm at night and wakes up most times when the alrm goes off. What I found works best with him is using the vibration along with specific sounds that he responds to. I like the idea of having the 8 sounds to pick from, as he responds to some and not others. The only thing he did not like was the size of the safety pin. He was a little frightened of that for sometime, but that has now been over come.

Tried it every night for 5 weeks. My child slept through the alarm & the vibration, did not wake her either. Would not recommend this product. Did not make any progress, nor have ANY dry nights in the 5 weeks that we used it.

It seemed to work good for us. The cord was our hardest hurdle..got stuck or pull off the sensor. Overall - good unit! Small and easy to use.
