Reviews of Reusable Waterproof Overlays

Conveniently keep bedding and mattress dry with this quality mattress protector. Replace the pad rather than the bedding to minimize your laundry chores! Just lay it across the bed (over the bottom sheet). The absorbent pad holds up to 4 cups (more than an adult bladder can hold) of liquid and allow

Perfect for Potty Training

Comments:

My son is potty training and this has kept me from washing his sheets after nap time and when he wakes up in the morning. Just tossing this in the washing machine is much easier than striping his whole bed twice a day.

Comments:

I have a "bed wetting dog" and this product works great! I purchased two small ones which worked and washed so well that I then purchased two larger ones. I use them on the dog's beds and on my couch in case she sleeps up there. They are soft and quite!

Reusuable Waterproof Overlay is BIG hit

4.0

PROS

  • Light and easy to use
  • Fits across width of bed
  • Save money on laundry
  • soft to the touch

CONS

BEST USES

  • Over waterproof bed cover

Comments:

We use the reusable waterproof overlay with a waterproof mattress cover to protect our son's double sized mattress from nightly accidents. It has paid for itself since I no longer have to wash the entire bed set every time my son has an accident. Now, all I have to wash is the overlay. It washes easily, dries quickly, and is very easy to lay out over the bed.

The pads with wings work great. They don't slide when my mother turns in bed. I wish that I had ordered more than 2.

Reusable Waterproof Overlays

4.0

PROS

  • Machine wash friendly
  • Soft
  • Well Made

CONS

BEST USES

  • Under the sheet

Comments:

My daughter is 2 and still in diapers but sometimes leaks at night. I bought this for her "big girl" bed to hopefully avoid washing a matress pad everytime she leaks. For that purpose it is good. But I have to place the overlay UNDER the fitted sheet because my daughter thought of it as a blanket and wanted to lay under it instead of on top of it. That was my only drawback. Maybe for older kids they would understand to lay on top of it.

PROS

  • Easy to use

CONS

  • Moves around on bed

BEST USES

  • On bed for potty training

Comments:

I used this for my 7 year old son who still occasionally wets the bed. Saves us lots of time in the middle of the night changing sheets. The pad does occasionally slip from its postition when he moves around.

I have bought this more than once

4.0

PROS

  • Easy to wash
  • Absorbent
  • Soft

CONS

  • Too small

BEST USES

  • Underneath the sheet
  • Bed wetters

Comments:

I use this product for my 9-year-old boy who wets his bed through the night. Highly effective for protecting the bed ..... when he's on it ... it has to be under the sheet so it doesn't move. He moves a lot so I need more territory to be covered, therefore I use two.

Very happy with them

4.0

PROS

  • They worked very well

CONS

  • So far like everything

BEST USES

  • Parents 91 85 yrs

Comments:

For my parents. We ordered large and med at first, but just now ordered large w/tuck in and the chair one. We will be using the large and large tuck-in with them. Did not have to wash all bedding this morning (sheets, mattress pad). They worked very well. But definitely recommend the large tuck-in for a queen bed. Much more comfortable to lay on as opposed to the throw away ones. My dad did not like the feel of the throw away ones, he is fine with the quilted washable. Much more comfortable for them.

Comments:

I wish they made the tuck-in-tails of the overlay to fit todays deeper mattresses, other than that, I am very satisfied. I am going to try and perhaps maybe safety pin the tuck-in-tails to the sides of the mattress so it wouldnt move around, because once it does the overlay is pretty much useless and you end up w/ the same problem of changing the sheets, bedding, night clothes, etc.
